In Dragon form James takes the form of a dark green serpent with lighter green scales on his belly giving him the last name of Leafscale. He has no wings his Dragon form being more akin to a Chinese Dragon in looks and movement.

So for special abilities it should be empty. You can list your character's bloodline abilities on his CS if you want to. But other than their bloodline abilities your character should have no abilities what so ever.
