Director Powers.

S-Tier

Name: Jamie Stewart Rank: S Power: Tremor Manipulation Commentary Jamie may be a little lower on the IQ spectrum than everybody else. Just because she can be outwitted by a jar of Marshmallow Fluff, though, doesn't take away from the value that she brings the organization. Even though she causes stupid amounts of damage in work, she still holds a special place in my heart. That being said, god damn is she stupid. She couldn't balance a checkbook if Einstein helped. She has an echo chamber in between both of her ears for sure. Jamie's a sweet girl! Honestly can say one of the purest souls I've ever met. She does do a lot of destruction, though, and she is extremely ditzy, but she's a good person, which is what matters the most! Also, she's crazy strong. It's kind of scary, actually. Rogue Countermeasure I do have a plan involving special rooted armor suits, but honestly, you can probably fool her into walking head-first into Coldwater if given the chance. I think she's too dumb to betray us anyway. She's so far gone that hard drugs push her closer to normal, god damn.

Name: [Classified] Rank: S Power: Matter manipulation Director's Comment Pandora is an old soldier, and she's been in the game much longer than I have, which is something I don't get a chance to say very often. She's seen a lot, and she brings to HERO a level of experience, discipline, raw power, and finesse that I wish I could oversee across the entire organization. That being said, I think that she has something to gain from being here. I mean, she's a bit of a bitch, isn't she? I don't understand the hype. Rogue Countermeasure It took a lot of digging to find out something that can shut down somebody like Pandora. It was a lot of effort and a lot of travel, but I don't like working with people that I'm scared of, so I think it was well worth it. After a lot of international calls, I got a hit for what I was looking for from a Mongolian farmer. Two stalks of tsusny tsetseg, ground to a powder. I still have it in a pill bottle. What does it do? Oh, not much.

A-Tier

Name: Blake Ignatius von Brandt Rank: A- Power: Pyrokinesis Director's Comment Blake is a case of a hero with a heart of gold, but the self-control of plywood. He's the type that's all hammer, no nail. He just can't help causing damage wherever he goes with his destructive-ass fire powers, and the fact that he likes to showboat so much is not helping much. That being said, he's a good person that has a dedication to making Castleburg a better place. That's admirable. I have gotten multiple complaints from the Castleburg Firefighters Union about him, though. Can't even blame them. Blake really is a sweetheart deep down. I remember when he first came to the HERO, when I was still pretty new to being Assistant Director, he just went up and asked me out before we even started the tour. When I turned him down, he didn't even skip a beat and was totally fine. We've been surprisingly close ever since. He may cause a lot of damage and be very destructive sometimes, he's set apart by the more "serial arsonist" type fire users by his charisma and just an overall affable nature to him. He's the type that can cause a headache in the moment, but anybody who considers him a friend should also consider themselves very lucky. Rogue Countermeasure Sending all our water heroes after him should do the trick. For some reason, we always have too damn many water heroes. Well, now they're finally useful.

Name: Thomas Rees Rank: A Power: Gravity Manipulation Director's Comment The classic Casanova type, he sleeps around more than a sloth does. Him and Firebird are both very well-acquainted with the philosophy of "damage now, worry later," but they both often forget to worry later. Spacewalker has repeatedly been reckless while on missions, but he is still a very effective hero, and at the very least, he hasn't caused any major damages so far. Another person who is good at heart and has a good ability to tell right from wrong, which is something that is difficult to teach. Hardware stores hate him, though. Tom is a really lovely soul. Overall a surprisingly mature, driven, and very caring person. Not to say he doesn't have his flaws- he most definitely does- but overall he's a very good HERO with a lot of natural talent with his powers. Especially since joining HERO, he's displayed a growing control of his abilities and techniques with using them. I am subscribed to his YouTube channel, after all, so I'm obviously a fan of his abilities. Not many people in HERO like him. I've even helped downgrade some of his more severe infractions of the HERO code to help save his paycheck. I mean, I've done that to a lot of heroes- CHRISTINA! Ah, fuck. Rogue Countermeasure He's good, but he ain't no telepath. If you throw enough stuff at him, he'll fall eventually.

Name: William Thorson Rank: A- Power: Hydrokinesis Director's Comment Water powers are very common in HERO, but Tempest displays an extraordinary control over his abilities to manipulate water, with a precision and often acumen unmatched by our other water heroes. Also unmatched is his talents in public canoodling. At the very least I didn't have to buy new couches because of him. Will's a gentleman, really. Overall a really nice, idealistic guy with powers that far exceed our average water user. What's not to like? Also, from a purely objective viewpoint (and I'm allowed to say this because...y'know), definite 10. Rogue Countermeasure If Pokemon has taught me anything, either a lightning-based hero or a grass-based hero should do the trick.

B-Tier

Name: Patricia Donnelly Rank: B+ Power: Siren's Song (Hypnotic Voice) Director's Comment Aria is a unique case. I hate mind-controlling powers with a burning passion just because of the danger that it can pose, and Aria clearly demonstrates that her powers have a lot of potential for abuse, but I can't help but feel bad for the girl. She's repeatedly proven that her set of circumstances don't define her, which is something that is definitely an admirable characteristic. She has showed a couple instances of questionable moral judgement in the past, but then again, so has practically every other hero in this organization, so I let it slide. I've loved Patti since day one! Really. It's difficult coming from her background, but she's really thrived ever since she came into HERO as both a young hero and a person. I know she has a lot of stressors from some of the other employees here, but she handles it with grace, which is really remarkable. I love her a lot, and I'm glad Powers allowed me to accept her into HERO. Rogue Countermeasure We produced special sealing earplugs for Maestro when we were getting ready to take him down. I still keep a pair in my desk.

Name: Brianna Hart Rank: B+ Power: Electrokinesis Director's Comment Just like Flamebrain and Romeo, Static often shows a lack of responsibility on the job and a distinctive amount of negligence on duty. Electricians across Castleburg hate her for sure. She's also very stubborn, the type to argue with a signpost and expect to win. Even with all that, she does remind me a bit of myself sometimes, with the Brookside upbringing. And though she often exudes an aura of callousness sometimes, she's had a few moments where she's demonstrated some moral strength. I think she'll go places in this organizations, even though she doesn't realize it. Brie is somebody that's fun and unique. Sometimes she's a little too fun and a little too unique, but my point still stands. She certainly hasn't come from a cushy life, but she's really fitting into her new job at HERO, even if there are still some scuffles here and there. Her and Will are adorable together, too. Rogue Countermeasure All-rubber suit. Good luck shocking anybody from under there.

Name: Samson Wernicke Rank: B+ Power: Heightened Senses/Strength Director's Comment Kanati has the type of powers that many heroes envy, the type of build that many men envy, and the type of hair that I most definitely do not envy. Very interesting hero with a very interesting skillset, he's a highly effective crime fighter and a paragon of hero activity. Unfortunately, I've seen him hanging around the rest of the Destruction Gang recently, so this evaluation may change in the near future. Sam's great. Very chill, very respectful, very thoughtful, very cool overall. I love the vibe that he brings to the table in HERO. Very natury and outdoorsy, which I find really interesting. Can't wait to see him in action more. Rogue Countermeasure Let's see how his senses meet stink bomb.

Name: Mok Ga-Yun "Grace" Rank: B+ Power: Portal Manipulation She has a great deal of responsibility and poise that she brings to the job. Very intelligent, attentive, responsible, respectable- all the qualities that we can use in a HERO. We don't normally attract the collegiate bunch, but she's a clear exception. Also the first ICOSA-honored HERO in our history, even if my accident, which is a nice addition. Everything Powers said, but I'd like to add- don't get her drunk. I learned that the hard way on our first meeting. I insisted she have a drink, and before long she almost destroyed by relationship.

Name: Noah Bell Rank: B- Power: Sunlight (fire rays of light) Director's Comment Decent to not-so-decent hero. From what I've seen, he hasn't done too much, but he has so many followers that I have to pay people just to vet letters from his fans about him being "robbed" by the organization. Go figure. Apparently he's also a musician, but he makes what I call "teenage white girl music," which I also call "not music." Rogue Countermeasure If he thinks about betraying H.E.R.O. I will personally find him and beat his pretty face in myself.

C-Tier

Name: Eliza Alexander Rank: C- Power: Invisibility Director's Comment She's a sweet girl. Not exactly the type I envision charging head-first towards danger, but that doesn't always determine the merit of a hero. She's young and new, so we'll see. Eliza is so adorable! She's really such a sweetheart, and I expect nothing less than greatness from her in the future. She's also a fantastic violin player. Rogue Countermeasure Instead of aiming and then firing, spin around while shooting. You're bound to hit something eventually.

Name: "Alpha" / "K Nine" Rank: C Power: Ki Control Coming out of law enforcement seems like a background that can clash with some heroes and their ways, and it did, but Alpha has become a fine addition to our ranks. Responsible and level-headed, just what we need in a HERO. His power isn't the strongest in the organization, but it isn't the weakest for sure.

Name: Chad Connors Rank: C+ Power: Super-speed Director's Comment Speedsters aren't a wholly uncommon power, but they aren't as popular as comic books would have you think, so having more of them is always an asset to HERO. That being said, Chad is an idiot. About as sharp as a wet sponge, and he seems to not fully understand the gravity of being a HERO, but his heart is in the right place. Mostly. Haven't got a chance to talk to him much, but he seems nice! Not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but nice, and with some experience and training he'll definitely be a strong hero. Rogue Countermeasure From what I've observed, once he starts running, he has a great deal of difficulty stopping. An easily exploitable weakness there, but I have some quick-dry cement grenades just in case he manages to figure that one out. Knowing him, though, he doesn't have the mental capacity to go rogue in the first place.

D-Tier

Name: Joseph Moore Rank: D Power: Rune creation Director's Comment Joseph, at face value, seems like the type of HERO to be solely comic relief. The type to have a full six-pack, but be missing the plastic thing keeping them together. Spending some time with him, though, it seems that he has many layers. He's definitely an interesting character for sure. I'm keeping my eye on him. He's a character, for sure. Can't make heads or tails of him, really. Drinks too much for sure, but obviously alcohol therapy has not worked...hmm. Rogue Countermeasure I keep my eye on him. If something is to happen involving him, I'll be the first to know and the first to kick his ass to the moon and back.

Name: Rumi Bers Polamor Rank: D Power: Extreme mental capacity/IQ Director's Comment I could probably knock the kid out with just one pinkie finger, but what he's got up in his noggin is hella strong. We used to buy a lot of our tech out of his engineering company, and with him now part of the Organization, the gadgets keep rolling in. In terms of fighting? Eh. But in terms of utility he brings to the Organization? I'll take it, god damn. We need the tech considering how much of it get destroyed on a regular basis. Rumi's great. Outside of being a top manufacturer for a lot of our tech, he's also an exceedingly talented hero, which betrays his rank significantly. The type that always has a gadget for everything. Kind of like Batman, but without the costume and backstory. Rogue Countermeasure I specifically prepared an unsolvable Sudoku just for him. That should keep him distracted long enough for somebody to blow his brains off.

Name: Angelica Alexander Rank: D Power: Aesthetic Perception (illusion-type) Director's Comment Exceedingly useful, unique power. Exceedingly good work ethic and responsibility. Exceedingly bad taste in men. But I digress. She definitely has a niche power, but it's one that can do a lot in the right circumstances. She has such a great power. She's very good at her job and can be counted on to do the right thing. Her and Blake make such an adorable couple. Rogue Countermeasure Close eyes before punching to avoid mental fallout of slugging your dream partner.

Name: Jade Farley Rank: C+ Power: Animal Transformation Director's Comment Very foxy young lady. (Heh, see what I did there?) Talented enough to be in the B-class, may have to progress with an evaluation soon. Responsible, caring, she has all the best hero traits. Except when she goes batshit crazy. That's when I start getting phone calls from angry civilians. Rogue Countermeasure Chew toy.

Name: Azhar Naar Rank: A Power: Necrokinesis/Zombie Formation Director's Comment His powers are some seriously dangerous shit. Like, yikes, that's scary. It's a heavy mutative power that requires a lot of attention by the Organization and a lot of focus, but his abilities to stop crime with said powers are quite uncanny. He's start hanging out with the rest of the primary knuckleheads, so I'm hoping that he doesn't become ruined like the rest of them. It's always a pleasure to handle foreign heroes! Zee comes off as a very nice young man with a lot of aspirations. His mutation certainly has a much greater physical effect on him than most powers do, but his ability to handle and even embrace it is really heart-lifting. I will say, though, my gaydar was going off as soon as we laid eyes upon each other. He's definitely into men. 100 bucks on it, Director. Deal. Rogue Countermeasure His death shit don't work on no robots.

Name: SG3U199 ("Ava") Rank: C- Power: ??? Scientists are still evaluating the source of SG3U199's powers. Director's Comment You know, my original idea for her was to never let her near anything that breathed, but I guess I've warmed up to her...it...whatever. Even though she seems and, a lot of the time, is practically harmless, she keeps showing all these creepy new talents that make me wonder if that scientist was more successful combining humans and Leftovers than I thought. Rogue Countermeasure Grab on tail. Pull. Results.

Name: Helmut Lang Rank: D Power: Folding body Director's Comment I'm not a big fan of the whole "criminals reforming their ways" thing, because they normally just end up becoming a big pain in my ass. Let's see how this one turns out then. Rogue Countermeasure Wait tell he folds up small enough, then lock him in a box.

Name: Dr. Vivien Valis, Ph. D Rank: B Power: Temporal Vision Director's Comment Smart girl. Might not get enough credit for her work. One of the most brilliant people in the Organization. We don't have much academia inside HERO, so her input is very useful for the organization. Still a nerd, but I digress. Viv might not have the most flashy or most combat-oriented powers, but she gets the job done all the time. Really cool powers that has so much potential in HERO. We could always use something different. Rogue Countermeasure The usual ol' one-two one-two ought to do the trick.

Name: Felix Volpe Rank: A- Power: Pyrokinesis (weapon-building) Director's Comment Scores marginally higher than Firebird. That's still very low. I heard he blew up a whole city block in Dublin, so it seems he'll be a good fit here. I didn't ask for him to be transferred, and I didn't want him to be transferred (imagine two Firebirds), but his HERO work has been solid, if destructive. Rogue Countermeasure Again, water-type heroes should do the trick.

Name: Marcus Edward Morgan Rank: S Power: Metal Manipulation Director's Comment Very powerful hero that has a destructive flair, but he keeps it under control (most of the time). He's a good asset to have at H.E.R.O., that's for sure. He also takes care of that weird girl Leftover thing, which is good, because there's no way in hell I'm carrying that thing around on my back after it tried to bite me. Also, what's that about him playing the guitar? Rogue Countermeasure Relocate to an area with no metal, and then kick his ass into the ground.

Name: Zane Wulfe Rank: A Power: Erebus [Shadow Manipulation] Director's Comment Might be the only one in the entire organization that's responsible. Kudos for that. Still, the guy gives me a bad case of the heebie jeebies. Something very off-putting about the way he fights crime. I try to ignore that and instead look at the great results he brings back. Rogue Countermeasure Using HERO2's directed spotlight on him should weaken him up enough for a few heroes to take him out in case he turns.

Villain Database
An ever-updated list of those wanted by H.E.R.O., of course featuring comments from the one and only Exec. Director Powers.
[s]Name: Bradley Moore Rank: B- Power: Fish Mutation Director's Comment Part of me feels bad that this poor person, due to powers beyond his control, was kicked to the curb by society and beaten down until he felt that because society made him the villain, he had to become the villain. There's a certain tragedy to that. On the other hand, that fucker is disgusting, my lord.[/s] KIA after an attempted raid on a genetics facility.

[s]Name: Skylar Ezra Rank: B Power: Advanced suit melding Director's Comment I can't help but feel like Skylar, or whatever she calls her silly-ass suit now, is one of my biggest failures as a director of H.E.R.O. To see such a wonderful talent plummet down the drain like that and become whatever the hell she is now breaks my heart. Supposedly, the Nova Force is doing what they can to help reverse the damage, but I always make sure to take time out of my day to monitor her movements when I can.[/s] Last seen in Montreal. Files transferred.

Name: Nicolas Dakin Rank: S- Power: High-power corrosion acid generation and manipulation Director's Comment He was already enough of a threat before the break-out, but now he's become one of our top priorities since. Nobody escapes from Coldwater...the fact alone that he did is enough to prove he's a major threat. Division X works around the clock to try and keep him pinned down in location, but he's smart enough to avoid our sensors. At the very least, because we locked him up once, we got a pretty good idea of how his powers operate and how we can beat him...but it won't be easy, that's for sure.

Name: Wyatt Hart Rank: S Power: High-level mind control Director's Comment His powers are exactly my worst fear when it comes to superpowers. Very strong mind control that can bring even the strongest heroes under his grip. It's best we keep an eye on this one. He could pose a massive threat to our city provided he gets the right people under his control. Currently incarcerated at CSDC.
