Here's my villain. Will be working on my Hero shortly. It covers her from head to toe, and it’s rumoured that if ever it was managed to remove the armour her skin would most likely be an extreme pale, however there is no actual separation any more between her skin and the armour save for her head. The skin on her face is now pale, and her hair has also been bleached white. She weighs 155lbs, which is quite light considering the armour that she is made up of, which causes belief that some internal parts of her body may have been replaced or removed entirely as the armour takes over full support of her body. Blood Type AB+ Occupation Villain (ex-Hero) Side Villain (ex-Hero) Affiliation None (Previously affiliated with H.E.R.O) Tier B Personality Skylar used to be entirely one of the good-guys. She did things by the book, and was a cheerful and great person to be around. Now however, she is an uncaring, disconcerting and outright hostile individual to be around, with a disdain primarily toward Heroes caused by the Phantom program. She is willing to cooperate with other villains in order to accomplish her goals, which mostly revolve around the ambushing and dispatching of Heroes, however that doesn't make her easy to work with - Skylar is now somewhat mentally deranged, her former self seeming to just be locked away somewhere within her and replaced by something else entirely. Part of that effects her ability to hold back, and she often just wants to let loose, which can often just trod over her allies' plans if they don't prepare for the fact that she'll most likely do that. Sometimes, it isn’t clear whether it’s her speaking or the Phantom virus speaking for her. Backstory From the beginning of her life, Skylar knew that she wanted to be something that helped as a whole, rather than a mindless drone that sat at a desk and worked away to accomplish little for the large. Because of this, her goals fixated on either joining the military or joining the police; she settled on the latter as she preferred to help resolve problems on the streets and be actively involved in the process. She applied to join the police force before she had turned eighteen, and began training a day after her eighteenth birthday. Throughout her police career Skylar was a model officer, and was recommended for the assignment of more specialised training and equipment after her assistance in the capture of a D-Tier threat. With a leaning toward a more Hero-supporting role, Skylar was given training for the use of a GEN1MKII Advanced Combat Suit, the planned newer and greater generation of the clumsy and barely used MKI suit, which was to kept for emergency use if a high level threat was detected. She was fitted for the suit, and trained in the theory usage of the suit while it's manufacturing was put in place, a process that took little over two months. She still didn't get to actually use or see the suit until the third month of the training, after the theory exam was passed, and gave a little more time for the manufacturers to fine-tune the prototype. However, the problem occurred toward the end of the practical exam. Skylar would have passed the exam anyhow, but she created a new way of passing the exam; by the excruciating pain, uncontrollable screaming and spasms of her body caused by the suit almost melting itself into her, molding itself with her body to form not two beings but one. Nobody could tell why it had actually happened, but what they did know was that it had never happened before, and wasn’t happening after. It was a unique circumstance that left Skylar scarred by the memory alone. However, she forced it not to change the way that she was. She tried to focus on the benefits of now being the suit, the benefits that the producers of the suit said should not be happening at all. She was stronger and faster, and her inners were now a biometal that increased her overall durability. She did not to eat nor drink as much, among other benefits. It was a large, unusual change to her life. That change grew even more unusual and new to her when she joined H.E.R.O, in order to utilise these new abilities for the better. Within H.E.R.O, Skylar excelled in helping to ensure crime was kept off the streets and villains were contained. This, however, went downhill after a few years. She was dispatched alone to deal with a group of D-Tier thugs, which should have been a simple task. She quickly discovered that it was not the case however, and that the D-Tier thugs were just a ruse for an A-Tier villain, a trap made to lure in a Hero like herself to kill. Upon discovering what she was, the villain’s trap plan changed from killing to converting. She was immobilised and then worked on by the villain, who worked on her armour, touching and manipulating its computer and, in the process, her mind. The virus inserted into her computer overpowered her human brain and corrupted it. The Heroes that came to help after getting no communication from her found the thugs and the villain, but not in any arrestable state. A review of the room’s camera footage showed that Skylar was now very much corrupted. Power Biomechanical: Skylar is much stronger, faster and more durable than normal humans. The outer shell of her armour is strong, but it digs deep into her, making her inners itself a mixture of metal and flesh. She still has all of her senses, however she now has the ability to adjust or disable them if she needs to, such as disabling her smelling or hearing, or even her feeling of pain if she so deems it necessary, and can increase these as well. Though now resistant to gases, she still requires oxygen to operate, and is still able to be injected with chemicals through injection ports on the upper arms of her outer shell, both bad chemicals and good chemicals. The armour that Skylar is merged with also has many utilities of it’s own, such as weapons and equipment. A grapple hook, riot control gas and an enclosed gun in her arm is just a few of the utilities that it has to help any good officer contain a villain threat - or help a villain present themselves as a large threat. Her ‘body’ is able to repair itself through the consuming of metals, which her body is able to break down and transfer to what needs to be ‘healed’. She is able to do this by cutting down the metal into tiny or powder form and disabling her sense of taste. Well, the disabling of taste is not necessary, however it does make it a lot easier to bear doing. Skylar is also not alone. The Phantom virus speaks to her, acting as an artificial intelligence by the utilisation of her own, human brain as a carrier. The Phantom virus can help her to calculate, to plan and even to act if it so wishes. She works in tandem with it, for it's a part of her. Skylar has several weaknesses. The most obvious threat to her is an electro-magnetic pulse, something to knock out her electronic parts. She can still operate without power, however she won’t be able to utilise the full power of herself, such as the adjustment of her senses or some equipment such as her grappling hook. The armour’s computer is somewhat shielded from EMP, so Phantom will have a reduced effect on Skylar from the computer, and so will hijack more of her brain instead, which reduces her overall efficiency. Phantom itself is her largest weakness, because it’s what makes her truly evil. Removal of Phantom by any means will n̸͇͚̜̄ó̸̪t̶̥̑̐̔ ̵̖̲͎̓̽͋c̶̣͙̚ä̶̞̝̇̀ṵ̴̋s̷̩̉ẹ̷͓̅͜ ̵̡͕̬̉á̴̜̹̥̑n̵̡̽͊̄y̵̡̢͙͒̽ ̷̰͈̝̓̆̑ĕ̸̺̈́̐f̷̣͓̊́͗f̸͎̞͊e̵̦̦͒c̷̊͜͠t̵̼̝̍̀,̵̟͇̂ ̵͈̳̽͝a̷̜̩͊̽n̶̬̉̓ḑ̵̬͌ ̷̡̭̫̀̋i̴̱̺̳͊s̴̡̹̰̈͆ ̷̦̿ư̴̞̬͑s̶̲͍͐e̸͕͐l̶̬̮̅́͠e̸̦̖͊̒s̵̛̜͙̦͂̏ş̶̩̼̊ ̷͚̊a̷̘̘͛ͅn̸̳̐ḑ̴̗͑̋͘ ̵̢͖͕̀p̴̡̬͗o̴͇̯͋͒i̴͉͇̳͑͝n̷͚̹͓͐ṯ̵̞̏̚ľ̸̺̣͍e̴̤͔͊̓s̶̳̝͌̈s̸̫̓͐͠.
