Wiry rather than lean, she stands surprisingly tall, looking gangly rather than graceful with it. With a long neck and a thin face, her height is only exaggerated. In recent years she has begun to age prematurely, and looks several years older than her actual age. She rarely bothers to style her dark hair, often leaving it in wild curls that frame her hollow-cheeked face.
▼ | ATTIRE : |
Most often found in jeans and a t-shirt, Frankie hasn't done particularly well since leaving FAMA. It's clear that most of her clothes are older threadbare, with several now having the look of not quite fitting that thrift store outfits tend to have. These are always covered by the same, dark brown thigh length jacket, while she tends to stick to the same battered pair of combat boots for footwear. The more observant will note that the combat boots are the same model issued to FAMA agents.

⫸ P S Y C H O L O G Y ⫷
" When you can stop you don't want to, and when you want to stop, you can't."
▼ | PERSONALITY TRAITS : |
Frankie Morrow's greatest flaw is pride. She was raised in a military family, and the fact that she has since been expelled from FAMA is a source of shame. As such, she is unlikely to ever admit weakness. As such she often feels the need to prove herself to new people, whether that be through hostility or just being a general bitch to those around her. Though those that she doesn't perceive as a threat to her pride she will be relatively personable with, up to and including sharing her high as long as she doesn't feel they are representative of authority.
▼ | SKILLS : |
FAMA Agent: She may be an ex-FAMA agent, but she served for nearly a decade, that means much of the training and knowledge is still second-nature to her. She is relatively skilled in hand to hand combat and marksmanship (though a little rusty) and has experience in dealing with a variety of Deltahumans. Connoisseur of Highs: With several years of access to the FAMA evidence locker and a thirst for knowledge, Frankie has developed a great deal of knowledge and understanding when it comes to legal and illegal highs. She may not be a chemist, but if you're looking for advice on the perfect combination of uppers and downers, Frankie's your girl.
▼ | BACK STORY : |
Frances Morrow was, to all intents and purposes, a normal human when she joined FAMA. Having grown up in a police family, it was only a matter of time before she joined a law enforcement agency. Beginning with a brief career as a beat cop then detective, she applied for a transfer to FAMA after an altercation with a senior officer. Eager to avoid the inevitable bad press should the truth come out, the LAPD brass pulled strings in the agency and her transfer was approved on short notice. It was at some point during her years at the agency that she manifested as a Deltahuman, even Frances is not quite sure when. All she knows is the first time she successfully triggered her ability. Unlike many Deltahumans Frances is not able to call on her abilities at will, requiring a specific trigger. In this case it seemed that her trigger, or indeed, triggers, are various controlled substances. Frances probably wasn't cut out to be a FAMA agent, struggling with the pressures and stress of the job. She somehow coped, mostly through alcohol, until her partner was killed in a confrontation with a hostile Deltahuman. That night, while drunk, she went looking for something stronger than alcohol, and found it in the form of a small yellow pill. It was the first time her ability had triggered, and she experienced a sensation of almost unfathomable power. She went searching for the same dealer again the next day but she'd been so drunk . When she found neither hide nor hair of him she tuned into the news to discover there had been several Deltahuman related deaths in that neighbourhood. She managed several weeks clean, touching nothing stronger than wine or beer, before bringing in a Deltahuman dealer. Several packets went missing from his stash on its trip to the evidence locker. In sampling them during a weekend long bender Frances realised that her powers were triggered by almost any recreational drug she could get her hands on. This went on for several years with Frances being regarded by her superiors as an excellent agent, almost fanatical in her dedication. Nobody seemed to detect the subtle signs that gave her away as a high-functioning addict for a long time. That was until a year before the Incident. Discrepancies were noted in evidence turned into the locker and several reports turned in by Frances and her partner. The investigation dragged on for nearly six months until Frances was summarily dismissed from FAMA in disgrace, though fortunately avoided serious jail time.
▼ | PERSONAL ARC : |
Frankie is already well on her way to being a full on junkie, so I want her to fall all the way down to rock bottom before she manages to turn things around and start recovering. There are also a lot of drugs she hasn't tried yet, so can always explore some other possible effects as well.

⫸ P O W E R I N F O R M A T I O N ⫷
"Shit… if you could feel like this…"
▼ | POWER CLASSIFICATION : |
Type-Green.
▼ | POWER DESCRIPTION : |
Frances has a rather unique ability that requires a specific trigger to activate at all. Upon ingesting, injecting or inhaling recreational substances she undergoes a change, her body using the substance in question as fuel for a variety of Deltahuman abilities. These abilities seem to be mostly stable, depending on the drug in question, and she can manifest abilities from any of the Deltahuman classifications. It is possible to combine the effects of multiple substances at once, but comes with the double risk of both overdose, and ashing. She has some degree of resistance to the effects of the drugs while using her abilities, but still experiences all of the effects, albeit to a slightly more limited degree than a normal human. Marijuana: Frances can envelop herself in a cloud of thick smoke, anyone entering that smoke will discover it is in effect the smoke from a joint, but thick enough to at least partially obscure vision. Anyone breathing in this smoke will discover themselves experiencing the effects of marijuana very quickly. Anabolic Steroids: Taking any sort of anabolic steroids has a noticeable effect upon Frances, firstly she grows six inches and bulks out considerably. Secondly she gains increased muscle mass and density which has the effect of increasing her strength and resilience to roughly four times that of the average Olympic weightlifter. She is tough enough to shrug off punches and even small calibre bullets that hit at an angle. Unfortunately this increased mass means she moves much slower, she might hit a lot harder, but it's easier to avoid her blows. She also suffers from increased aggression and a difficulty in moderating her anger while under the effects of this particular ability. Amphetamines: Most amphetamines enhance France's senses and reaction speed by a factor of five. She can hear a whisper across a football stadium and move fast enough to dodge a bullet. On the other hand, she is not particularly accustomed to these hyperactive senses and can suffer from overload very easily in this state. Cocaine: Frances gains the ability to generate and control white flames while high on cocaine. She is immune to these flames, and is able to project them from her hands in streams of fire or as fireballs. However, once the fire has caught somewhere she has no control over it. These white flames will then slowly become normal fire, to which she has no immunity. Opiates:Opiate's such as heroin or morphine allow Frances to project her mind out of her body and travel up to a mile away as a mental projection. This projection can be visible or invisible, but has no way to physically interact with the world, though she can speak in this form. Her body is left effectively defenceless while she is mentally projecting. Ecstasy: Taking ecstasy grants Frances notable empathic abilities, she can sense the emotions of those around her and even influence them to a certain extent. She is capable of affecting an area up to thirty feet in diameter, though the more people in that area the more dilute her effect. Thirty people would barely feel any difference at all, while one might well have their emotions forcibly changed. Unfortunately Frances is often unable to differentiate the emotions coming in from her own, and can quickly grow confused and agitated from the conflicting emotions. Ketamine: Frances gains a limited ability to distort space, allowing her to increase or decrease distances, walk on walls and make eternal corridors. The more drastic the changes the more time she needs to spend in an area or the more ketamine she needs to have taken. LSD: Tripping on LSD is always fun, it's more fun if you can share those illusions at will. While Frances will be unable to control what hallucinations are appearing to her, she will be able to share those hallucinations with others. The more potent the LSD, or the more she takes, then the more real these illusions become until they have an actual physical presence. Unfortunately Frances has only limited control of these hallucinations, it is almost as likely that they will hurt her as anyone else. They must also always stay within her field of view, once she cannot see them, they simply blink out of existence, though they may simply reappear when she looks in that direction again.
▼ | LIMITS : |
France' ability is entirely dependent on the drug she has taken, the effects of each will last for no more than an hour. On top of that, without a supply of recreational substances she is effectively a normal human being. That is in addition to the limits of each individual ability.
▼ | WEAKNESSES : |
Frances' abilities only last as long as her supply does, and for a maximum of one hour. She also has the disadvantage that she's often dealing with the effects of being high while using her powers, which makes her far less effective as a combatant as a rule.

⫸ O T H E R ⫷
"You won't get a better high anywhere else."
