Howdy, thanks for applying and all that! [@LukasVolkov] I have a couple quick reviews for both of your characters.

[*]I would really appreciate if you could find a faceclaim to help better visualize. I understand it is difficult, and let me know if you really have nothing, but as they say, a picture is a thousand words. 
[*]I hate to shoot down ideas, but I'm having a lot of difficulty understanding the "alien" thing. All powers should be centered on a singular theme- "fire manipulation," "metal-bending," "mind-reading," et cetera. I can't really get a good read on your powers from what you've described here. The problem is that your central theme of your power was a one-off, activated thing, which I don't think really fits into the RP well, and I'm afraid I can't fully follow your description of Matthew's psychic power. PM me if you have difficulty understanding what I'm trying to say, I'm trying to give a condensed version to avoid writing a whole essay or anything. 
[*]This is probably more of a 'me' thing than a 'you' thing, but I don't understand the whole rescue sequence. His line got cut, [i]nobody[/i] saw him, but he managed to contact a rescue crew somehow who couldn't do anything until H.E.R.O. got there? I'm afraid I'm a bit lost in that regard. [/list]

It's a cool character and it makes sense to me! If you could get a FC that would be great, but outside of that, I think this character is good!
