[@Reflection]As I said above I'm allowing Rulers (without command seals), and Avengers provided they are reasonable and not alters. Alter Egos. and foreigners aren't on the slot list at the moment. Foreigners make things really complicated, and Alteregos are just servants who broke away and became their own servants as I'm sure you're aware Reflection.
