Physique: Helmut stands at  5’11  with a thin shaped body, Looking quite sickly but is actually quite healthy. His hairstyle is long reaching behind his ears and quite curly, having dark blue eyes with his left eye having a larger pupil since the right eye. Some noticeable features of his appearance is having a mole on his lower left mouth, Pointed ears, high cheek bones and a thin nose.

In his civilian clothing he wears a multi colored t-shirt, The sweater being mostly made up of green and blue. Wearing tight fitted red pants with black running shoes and pink socks.

As Verdrehte he wears brightly colored green and brown tight fitted suit, As well as wearing 20th century black boots. His suit decorated with blue swirls adored on the shoulder and chest of the suit. Wearing a burlap sack over his head with eye, nose and mouth hole to help him breath. Rope wrapped around his neck to keep the burlap mask in place and not fall off.

Personality:  Helmut has a child like curiosity having a strange obsession with people he finds interesting, he is carefree and finding the positives in any situation.  Being friendly in a antagonistic sort of way. Teasing people and doing his best to annoy people, he is mischievous  finding enjoyment form pranking people. Helmut is not always a asshole to everyone, he can be friendly towards other people but only to people he trust.   

Helmut is a kleptomaniac and is a compulsive thief, although during his time being a hero he has slowly has stopped. But their has been many times  he has gotten into trouble for stealing.  Helmut is trying to better himself by not being so troublesome to everyone.

Backstory: As a child Helmut was a orphan never knowing who his parents were, As a child he acquired a habit of stealing different items including clothing, food, and books trying to live day by day on the street. During this time he had many runs with the law and was in juvenile hall  a couple of times, during this time he discovered his ability to twist, break and reattach his bones. At the age of eighteen  after leaving juvie he joined the circus as a escape artist and magician, during the night however he would steal. During this time he was quite famous and was known as “Nighthawk”.

But he was eventually caught and was given the deal of becoming a hero and helping out, rather then spreading many years for his crime. 

Power-  Helmut has the power to dislocate and relocate his bones, this ability allows him to fit into tight space. This also help when he is shackled and can escape easily form handcuffs for example.

Everything looks good now except for one little thing. I did say I wanted FCs to be more artsy and not realistic, sorry :(  If you could try to modify that that would be great, though if not, that's alright too, because pictures can be a challenge. Everything after that is good though!

[@Scarifar] I also have one complaint. I do think your tier is  quite inflated. as of right now. Because Rumi does not have much damaging abilities in his arsenal, as useful as they may be, you should consider going to down to either a  C or maybe even D tier for him. Outside of that, though, I love the character and I think it'd make a good fit!
