Continue with the story as is for now. These promotions and assignments will NOT happen until the War starts and these Prussian Junkers are sent to the Prussian Army. For example, Leutnant Wernher von Lockstedt, who is commanding a platoon in the army right now and believes he will receive a company command does not know what the future holds for him. When the war hits, he will be promoted to Oberleutnant and then assigned a Platoon in the Kronprinz Regiment.
