You, are returning to Skyrim, or possibly visiting for the first time. There are other travelers on the boat with you. Your port is located in Solitude. It has been a long Journey, and you're eager to get off. However there are some papers they want filled out first. At the top is a fairly good sketch of you, they must have placed an artist on board to save time. Fairly clever of them.

[center] Fairly simple to fill out, the questions seem a bit odd, but you think nothing of it. The guards begin to move everyone along. They didn't want people laying about. The group is lead to the Inn where they will be required to spend their first night while their papers are filed. You may have been on a boats for months with these people, but you basically only know their names. Some of them might have been buddies, but that was determined between them at an earlier point. Some people had arrived in pairs, but that seemed to be the extent of people in a party. It is getting late, and your dinner is generously provided by the city! Time to dig in, it’s better then the ship food that’s for sure.[/center]

So in case you can’t tell that’s the character sheet above. I got in the zone and I just kinda went with it .-. For those of you who don't want to read all that noise. You arrive in the city by boat. You are then escorted to the inn, and you're there until morning so your papers can be put on record.

Some rules are listed but for clarity I’ll put them here:

1. Don't randomly become best buddies with someone without their prior knowledge.

2. Two character maximum 

3. Don't control other peoples characters.

4. Fight should be worked out via PM or whatever you’d like to use. Feel free to discuss it in the OOC

5. I will have my own character, but will control the NPC's. For example if Carlos the Orc decides to buy some apples, and decides to initiate dialogue with said Apple Seller. I would Control the Apple Salesperson. 

6. I will also use NPC's to move the plot along if we're spending too much time talking about the weather then there will be bandit attacks, or something along those lines.

7. While swearing is fine, try to think of something more creative then “Son of a b!Tch” Try Skeever swine, or Lousy son of a skeever mixed with orc, and transmuted by magic into a horses arse.”

8. Try not to be an all powerful wizard/fighter/Rogue You could have trained under a waterfall for years, but please try not to be hitting people into Hammerfell with each hit.

9. Good sized posts are nice, but content is everything ya-know.

That's pretty much it. I’ll get my character sheet up in a bit :)
