[@ItMeGritty] The "power level" of your deck should be relatively low. You're suppose to be a somewhat ameture at the game, so the build should not be optimal, the idea is for your deck to grow as your character grows.

[@Vetis] The idea is for your character to get better over time, so as long as you can come up with a reasonable explanation to gain a new deck farther down the line, that's completely fine.  

As for the duels, if online dueling is not possible, the GM and I have talked about just having the duelist talk to each other about how they want the duel to play out. Just remember, be respectful and make sure both players are okay with the outcome. If problems arise, you can PM either me or the GM.
