The stranger is dressed for federal success and maybe to impress (the ladies?) He wears a cheap black suit and it shows, you woulden't chase bad guys in your class act would you? He has a scar along his right eye, vertically. His shoes aren't fancy dress shoes but Rockefeller knock offs from L.A., they get the job done though. He's carrying something on his belt, something menancing, something NOT cool. Something weird, his cheapo suit even looks weird.[/indent][/indent]
