Powers: No supernatural abilities, is skilled with inventing and repairing technology

Appearance: A young african american male with black hair. He is somewhat skinny, and slightly shorter than average. His is crude, consisting of a hoodie and a hockey mask.
History: Thomas is the son of the reformed minor villain Chemistro, born after the villains took over. His family had a normal middle class life, his father instill him with strong morals but also told him to keep his head down and avoid drawing attention to himself. Like his father, he became a skilled engineer, and ended up employed in the labs of the villains. He was assigned to the division that archives, maintains, and reverse engineers technologies left over from before the fall of the heroes. While working in the labs, he began to witness injustice firsthand, and it troubled him. Eventually, he decided that he had to do something to help people, so he began to steal some equipment from his job. Thomas collected the gear slowly, and planned his next move. 

Personality: Shy, compassionate, prefers to let others do the talking. Lacks self confidence, likes order but hates to see cruelty. Calm and patient, likes to take methodical approach, and does not work well under pressure.

Affiliation: Hero.

Equipment: Some rocket boots salvaged from one of Iron man's old armors, a low level forcefield generator, a stolen paste gun, and his own recreation of his father's alchemy gun.
