[b][color=#45adad]Self Assessment:[/color][/b] Luke isn't quite sure what to make of himself. He can tell he is trained for speaking as he does that well and with ease. He does feel lonely when there aren't at least two other people around him, he figures that has something to do with being an extrovert or from growing up around a lot of people. He does find other genders, and men attractive. Interestingly he doesn't feel any nervousness or upset about that. Luke feels comfortable in his sexuality. He figures that comes from supportive parents, and a distinct lack of Catholicism. He can tell he is from the mid-west from his accent, the classic newscaster clean and clear voice. Luke can also tell he is frustrated about the situation as he feels a total lack of control.

Luke comes from a big family, he was born smack dab in the middle. Despite his hemophilia, his family had a lot on their hands with all the other children (some adopted, some fosters), and he had a classic 'middle child' raising. He tried to be involved in almost everything and it wasn't always welcome. 

It was possibly a bad choice then that his parents enrolled a few of the kids into a boxing class, at first excluding Luke for obvious reasons. He did not appreciate that and eventually talked his way in. That obviously ended in a broken and bloody nose, which took hours to stop bleeding, but a very excited Luke. There was no dissuading him after that. And for the first few years, most of Luke's sparing partners tried to be kind and not draw blood with Luke, but there was no stopping him. He pushed their buttons harder and harder until finally, they had no choice but to properly fight him. 

There were a lot of similar incidents, but Luke grew up and went to college. His competitive nature got him into a dozen other things that as a Hemophiliac he should not have been involved in. Unfortunately, he could never quite figure out what he wanted to do. He couldn't go pro in any sport because of health issues, something that drives him crazy. He, however, just never put the effort in to be 'smart' so there wasn't much in the way of a 'desk job' that he cared for either. That combination led him to the radio where he became a sports announcer.
