Alaric knew that Theo had been aggravated by Cass, he figured that the ginger would just silently fume and glare at the other guy from afar. He didn't expect him to just tackle Cassian, he had to admit though that he had it coming with all the snarky remarks he was throwing out. He noticed Mac start to go towards the boys and reached out to grab her arm in order to stop her, last thing he needed was to have her take an elbow to the face because these two idiots weren't paying attention. Alaric wasn't expecting much from Theodore and just as he expected the red-head was flung off.

A crowd of people had begun to gather around them, Mac started to tell them to leave and soon everyone had trickled back to whatever they'd been doing before the fight had started. The blonde watched as Mac did just as he thought she'd do. Theo might have thought he was being a hero in going after Cassian but really all it would do is piss his female friend off. She didn't need anyone defending her, Mac could handle herself just fine. 

Alaric watched as Mac stalked off in a huff, turning sympathetic eyes towards Theo. He just sorta shrugged, "Sorry dude." It was really all he could say and went off to follow Mac. As he walked through the crowd of people he noticed a few stragglers climbing out of the lake, one of which one he took notice of quickly. God Jasper was a sight to see...why didn't she have a shirt on? His eyes narrowed as he watched some geek offer his shirt to her. He wasn't sure how he felt about all that, he'd have to look into later though because he had to go catch up to a steamy Mac.
