Augs that are cosmic or exotic (like Rumiko's space elf ears o.o) are fine.

I'm not going to get into the specifics of it because I expect people to make fairly 'human' characters (i.e. unaugged). You yourself said the augs are crude and aren't at the same strength as human limbs, you know your weaknesses and flaws at the character I'm not going to impose anything additional unless I need to. Until I see your CS I coulden't really elaborate on how someone could be handicapped unless I know the finer details of a CS.
