"He does not see them as some fantastical or supernatural beings, but as phenomenons or even as some still unknown creature that must be studied. Which worries me since some of them are, in basis, human, ​like the witches he tried to convince Dr Wilson to dissect so he could, in his words "understand how they work". Other than that his pragmatic way of dealing with any situation is a good asset.[...]".

DrHARKER: Mr O'Callaghan. I'm under the impression that you already know what this evaluation entails and the reason I was chosen to carry this "interview".
O'CALLAGHAN: Because most of you think I'll have some sort of mental breaking down after my girlfriend tried to kill me with a ceremonial dagger? Or was it 'cause I ate Kent's pudding? I mean... How was I supposed to know it was his? He didn't even put his name on it.
DrHARKER: It's... It's the first assumption, Mr O'Callaghan.
O'CALLAGHAN: Oh... Okay then. So what? She tried to kill me. She wouldn't be the first to wish me dead but I have to give her props for being the first to actually try.
DrHARKER: And does that not bother you in the least? After all, Mackenzie was your girlfriend.
O'CALLAGHAN: Not much. It kinda pisses me off that I spent my money on our dates and in the end, she's some sort of crazy bitch just trying to raise some ancient evil deity or whatever.
DrHARKER: In the note of her being a [i]w[/i]itch. You don't seem to be fazed at all by that. Some of our agents suggested that you might be in shock about the whole situation, but now that I have the chance to see it for myself I disagree with them.
O'CALLAGHAN: Really?
DrHARKER: Yes. Before we started this interview I gave you a form to fill. Most of the question was not only about the coven you interacted with but also based on some of our older cases that had been stored in our archives. Some of your answers to ways of dealing with some of those situations told me a lot about your knowledge in this field.
O'CALLAGHAN: Major in History and Folklore, you know...
DrHARKER: I do, actually, Mr O'Callaghan. However, the point I would wish to discuss is your view of some of those [i]creatures[/i]. It reached my ears that you suggested to some of our AID Agents the idea of dissecting some of the witches, including your, now, ex-girlfriend. And after being refused you proceed to not touch the subject again, however, some agents also suggested that you did not seem like the type to give up in these sort of ideas and would probably try again later... Why? Why would you suggest dissecting those woman?
O'CALLAGHAN: And why not? They are not human. I just want to understand how they work. How they can do what they do. They are different from everything I've seen so far. If I can study them and understand how they came to be I can categorize them in a way that it would make sense. If I can't, then they probably shouldn't exist.
DrHARKER: That's... Certainly, a strange way to look at life...
O'CALLAGHAN: ...[i]you are a strange way to look at life...[/i]

DrHARKER: Patient does not seem to be able to deal with the truth.

In another note, while interviewing some of his students and co-workes most seemed to hate/fear the men. Most of his students even appeared to be traumatized by the experience of being taught by him, however, the ones who survived the hell also known as his classes, shown a deep change in their personalities (the college psychiatrist put that down as possible PTSD and also referred to Professor O'Callaghan as a sadist that often get away with too much. On his ex-assistant and also student words "He's not easy to deal with. But he's just someone who loves his research too much. I can't fail him on that because, most of us survivors, are the same. We love this field, and someone who doesn't have the drive, don't have the right to be seen as equal").

[b]BIOGRAPHICAL OVERVIEW​[/b]
Theodore Christopher O'Callaghan was the youngest son after three daughters.
"But this didn't last long because the twins soon came and  I had to suffer bullying from my older sisters as well as from the younger ones. Okay... The twins weren't so bad, they were just clingy." (Theodore about his sisters)
So it seemed to be a relief to the quiet, reclusive boy who preferred to spend the day with a book far away from his sisters when he met Caron. The boys were seven when they first met.
"We're so happy that he finally made a friend. I thought this day would never come." (Nancy O'Callaghan about her son befriending Caron Whirt.)Theodore's parents seemed really happy that their son finally made a friend.
"Theo was hardly interested in socializing with other kids, and he wasn't the sugar-coated cookie type, either." (Samuel O'Callaghan about his son personality growing up) "So we're completely delighted with Caron. We practically adopted him as another son."
They really tried. When the boys had about 10yo they entered with the adoption procedure but were refused because of the number of children they had and also because another family had already shown an interest in adopting the boy. But that didn't stop them from putting an extra bed in Theo's room and taking Caron with them on family trips and things like that.

"He says that but most of the time he bullies Caron." (Liam O'Callaghan, younger sister and older twin about her brothers).
According to Theo, it's how he shows his love. According to all his victims, it's because the Irish lad is a great S.O.B.
Theodore during high school years has never shown much interest in girls, no one has ever even seen him go on a date. He spent most of his time buried in books about mythology, all that mystery about fantastic beasts had fascinated him since he was a boy.
"If he was gay that would be okay. I'll always love my little boy. And he did spend all his time with Caron. And well... Theo was lanky, and his hair was a bit too long. Also, he just looked too much like his sister. Let me show you a picture." (Nancy O'Callaghan about her son teenager years).
It was only in college that he began to change. Boxing started to be a part of his routine, his face just as his body became more masculine.
"Hey! Just because I didn't go around bragging about who I was sleeping with doesn't mean that I didn't have girlfriends while in college." (Theodore, sulking about his college first years).
In fact, it was in college that he met Mackenzie.
"She was this young redhead with sharp dark eyes who always seemed capable of disappearing in thin air. We began to hang out, and within a few weeks, we were dating. I thought everything was going okay in the first few months until she tried to sacrifice me in a ritual with the goal of bringing back an unknown deity... And to think I cogitated introducing her to my family..." (Theodore about the witch he dated. More can be found on the archives under the name CARDIFF COVEN - 2001-2009).
He was saved by SEMA field agents, and from there he began researching everything related to his ex and the coven of which she was a part, the ancient deity they tried to bring back using him as a sacrifice and from there he didn't look back. This research has become his life, and the knowledge base he has acquired over the years has caught the attention of SEMA who offered him a job in the Analysis and Intelligence Division, but he declined.

[b]Strengths:[/b] According to some of the Agents who interacted with the subject she seems to be quick-witted, tight-lipped when it comes to secrets [hers or others] and a good liar. The subject does not show any qualms when confronted with bloody and gory situations.​
[b]Weaknesses:[/b] Some records of previous encounters with Subject 03 shows the girl has a dubious sense of morality [and humour -please disregard Agent Constanza opinion on this matter] that raises some red flags about the state of her psyche. According to Agent Constanza, "she wouldn't think twice about using a person as a distraction to save her own skin. I respect that.". Consultant O'Callaghan first impression of her was "She looks sweet but that girl is weird. She looked that vampire in the eye and told him to bite her ass, you had to see Caron's face, it was hilarious[...]".​

Self-destructive behaviour [under investigation]. More than once Subject 03 has shown no real sign of self-preservation instincts when it comes to certain situations that clearly contradicts with Agent Constanza and Agent Wirth reports about encounters with the girl while dealing with some cryptids says. 
"[...] She didn't even flinch when that thinblood ​stabbed her. She didn't fight back. She just... Stood there, looking him like he was old news. It was sort of unnerving. At first, I thought she had given up and accepted death, but after we took her and the other girls that had been taken by those vamps out of there she said that it was nothing, that if she screamed and pleaded for her life she would only be killed faster. I mean... It does make sense, but the blank look on her face... Gosh! It was like she didn't even care[...]" (extract of Agent Mills recording after the abduction case in 2015, can be found on the archives under the name SUBJECT 03 - APRIL 2015).

Questionable social skills. When it comes to human society Subject 03 shows a lack of deeper understanding of some of the more common social accepted behaviour but a deep knowledge of "internet culture", however, said lack does not seem to apply to the hematophagous society and even some other cryptid societies. Which rose some questions about the Subject being truly human even thought Subject 03 shows no sign of being a cryptid. However, some Agents that are parents had expressed that being awkward and knowing too many "memes" is not a sign of being a cryptid but only that Subject 03 should spend less time watching something they called "vines compilations".
"I'm telling you, if I have to hear 'Despacito' one more time I'll kill her with my own hands.", (extract of Consultant O'Callaghan recording about working with the girl back in 2017 on the case of the children disappearance, more can be found on the files under the name SUBJECT 03 - AUGUST 2017).

[b]BIOGRAPHICAL OVERVIEW​[/b]
The first interaction with Subject 03 occurred in 2013 during the Church Grim's Case. The subject was often spotted visiting the grave of an infant by the name of Emma Lilian Gray [some agents suggested that Emma could be a sister or aunt, but after looking at the date of birth and death it was clear that both girls are centuries apart].
"[...]She interact with the Grim like it was just some street dog. She even gave it food! That thing is a spirit! Spirits don't eat, for God's sake![..]" (extract of Agent Kent from AID recordings about the investigation. More can be found on the cryptid archives under the name APPARITIONS, sub-section GRIM - MAY 2013).

Late in 2014, the subject was spotted in a night club owned by a high-hanking hematophagous in Glasgow. When interrogated by our agents her statement was baffling. [The statement can be read below]
"Of course I knew they would try to kill me before the night ends, but come on... I wouldn't just lose the chance to party that hard. I mean... Those guys are real psychopaths, but even you have to admit that they know how to throw a party.[...]" (we cut it short since it wouldn't be fitting to hear Agent Whirt and Consultant O'Callaghan swearing that much at a young girl).

Each year from then on Subject 03 would show up or be spotted near the sites of some of our investigations, in Agent Constanza words "[...]That girl is a bloody danger magnet. Someone should lock her up or something, I'm getting tired of finding her on the most awkward situations you can imagine for a human. Better yet, we could use her as bait, it could make our work easier[...]". (Said idea was shut off by Agent Price from the AID that refused in good conscience to let Agent Constanza and Consultant O'Callaghan use a child as supernatural bait).

[b]Strengths:[/b] Agent Constanza is a quick learner when it comes to things that grab his interest [most of the time it sums up to anything occult-related. For some reason, he does not act or seems to look like an Agent, making it easier to work undercover in "Underground London" as he calls the cryptid society. His self-preservation instincts are on point [half the time] when it comes to avoiding imminent danger. He's not afraid of getting his hands dirty to do a job.​
[b]Weaknesses:[/b] Despite his dubious sense of morality, Constanza cannot bring himself to harm a child​, usually, it wouldn't be seen as a weakness, however, it makes him struggle when dealing with hematophagous cryptids that were "embraced" during their childhood or early teens.
He's aloof, and will never talk about emotions or anything of the sort unless you tie him down and forces him to.
Agent Constanza does not "play well" with others. And more often then not he will drive his partners away. At first, it was a concerning issue until it came to our understanding that he does that out of fear of being the reason for the death of someone he deems innocent. His most recent partner is Agent Whirt.

[b]BIOGRAPHICAL OVERVIEW​[/b]
His mother, Mary Anne, died giving birth to John and his stillborn twin brother because an earlier abortion [forced on her by John's father, Thomas] had weakened her womb. Because he was unable to accept responsibility for his wife's death, Thomas blamed John and the pair grew up with a deep dislike for one another.
In their childhood, John and his older sister Cheryl lived briefly with their aunt and uncle in Northampton to escape from their father's alcoholism and subsequent imprisonment for stealing a female neighbour's underwear. They moved back to Liverpool when their father was released.
Later, in the early 90s, a teenage John ran away from home. John eventually made his permanent home in London in 1993, rooming with Francis "Chas" Chandler, a young man who has since gone on to become John's closest [and longest surviving] friend.
During the late 90s, John became involved in occult circles in London. He travelled other countries and visited San Francisco, where he met, and subsequently began a relationship with, the female Mage Calliope Morgyn. He also became enamoured of punk rock; John cut his long hair, called himself Johnny Con-Job, and formed his own band, Mucous Membrane, whose members included Chandler (as a roadie), a drummer named Beano and fellow Liverpudlian Gary Lester. They later released an album called Venus of the Hardsell. John also performed as a famous stage magician in 1999, where he became famous for predicting [in pure dumb luck] the assassination attempt on a high ranking politician.
John's first venture into occult "heroism" was a disaster. On tour with Mucous Membrane at the Casanova Club in Newcastle, he found the aftermath of a magical orgy gone horribly wrong: an abused child, Astra Logue, had conjured a hideous monster that took revenge on her father, the club's debauched owner, and the other adults who were tormenting her, and the monster refused to leave. With typical recklessness, John convinced some members of the band, along with several occultist friends, to try destroying the creature by summoning a demon of their own. Unfortunately, this demon was not under their control and after it had destroyed the child's monster, it tormented Constanza's friends and took the child to Hell. John had summoned the demon by one of its names, but not its true name, which would have been required to bind and control the demon. John suffered a nervous breakdown after this incident and was committed to Ravenscar Psychiatric Hospital, which he drifted in and out of over the years. As for the rest of the "Newcastle Crew", the incident left the group both physically and psychologically scarred. The incident, however, caught the attention of the director of SEMA at the time who reached for Constanza offering him a job at the Agency, job that he accepted even though his real goal is to one day avenge the little girl he failed to save all those years ago.​
