Ate the Strong-Strong Fruit, and became a strong man. I imagine it being a lot like Deku from My Hero Academia's power. Where he has intense power, but using it all at once will break his body. Another sucky thing is that he's a glass cannon, and takes any attack like a normal human. He hasn't trained up much at all to this point to be able to withstand much of any attack.

Personality: Kiro is a gullible guy that will fall for most tricks, but he is also a trickster himself, so he might try and take advantage of you if you let him. He's a scaredy-cat, but will always stand up and fight if it means protecting his friends, but will definitely steer clear of danger if possible. Gets excited about cool and unique things. I'd like to think of him as a healthy mixture of Usopp and Luffy.
