Hajo remained silent throughout the exchange, noticing the strongly-varying layers of hostility lacing each of the girls' words - she hoped she wouldn't share a class with overly rude tall girl, at least, scrunching her nose in baffled confusion. Though she itched to chat up more of the freshmen around her, and inquire as to why the minty-headed student had ignored her (so much for oblivious!) Hajo remained properly seated, quiet, and attentive, her face still a crimson mask unable to take another scolding gaze.

Soon, however, the entire room's attention shifted towards the podium - Hajo admittedly didn't know much about the faculties' hero days, though she recognized the old man's competence at a glance. He carried that wiry vintage hardness in his body, painting his body language, his speech, his expression, unapproachable, as if an insurmountable distance lingered and grew between him and the new students. When his speech ended and the room roared back to live, Hajo remained immobile, lingering in thought. The greeting was... different. She had expected a strict education given her original goal of attending Shiketsu, but the blatant hostility that seemed to be nurtured by the school put her off. Thankfully, the voice that pulled her from her thought-lost state was a lot cheerier than she would've expected out of a second year - a good sign!

[color=cfcaef]“Hiii,”[/color] she chirped, waving excitedly, before quickly pulling her belongings from underneath her seat and hurrying over to the girl that had called out. She noticed a few familiar appearances as she approached the small group - there was the small mascot girl, and... [color=cfcaef]“You're the sweaty boy from the entrance,”[/color] Hajo remarked with a wide smile etched into her face, her free hand rudely pointing at him, as if he was a wanted criminal caught in the act. [color=cfcaef]“You're all 1A, too? It's nice to meet you all! I'm Utsuya Hajo!”[/color]
