Overview (Brief Summary): Charlie grew up exploring the waters with her father and shows no fear of it. Months before her fifteenth birthday, she was finishing up tending to some fish when she slipped on a mysterious green substance, falling into the tank. The event changed her DNA to where she becomes a mermaid whenever the bracelet she was wearing that night is removed from her wrist.
