Lucien was glad that Illyana had decided to open up about this. He didn't ever want her to feel like she couldn't be honest with them about things. Hopefully this was something she had been assured of now. Everything made a lot more sense now, and he had to admit that he was relieved that her reluctance to be touched was due to this ability of her's instead of some sort of physical abuse...

He grew pensive as Illyana explained things. It must have been hard for her to have been able to do this for so long, without any sort of explanation. It had probably been very scary for her.. but he was determined to do whatever he could to help her figure this out.

During our travels, Faolan and I encountered many people who said they could.. read people, or even see someone's future. People with that sort of ability are normally called psychics. Perhaps this is similar to the ability you have?"[/color] He figured that telling her that there were other people like her might offer some sort of reassurance, it was at least something to go off of. It was true that not all the people they had met actually had that ability, since there were many frauds out there, but he knew that some of them were real. He knew enough at this point to not disregard such things were possible.

If this is something you would like to do, even though we are not experts on the topic, I'm sure we can all learn more about it together."[/color] He said to her with a smile.
