He began to feel the same darkness and grim nature of the path as he got closer and closer, his cane bapping into all sorts of rocks and clutter, but he didn't fret. He was certainly scared, though, and anyone could've seen that after a good look at the boy, but Skylar pressed on through the darkness. After all, what's darkness to someone that's blind anyway?
