A region of space within our very own galaxy; the Milky Way. With humanity in the stars and have colonized most of the sector, everything had been going peacefully. Until the time came where War reared it's ugly head. From the terrifying and swarming numbers of the invading [url=https://starcraft.fandom.com/wiki/Zerg]Zerg Swarm[/url], to the cultural and technologically advanced race of the [url=https://starcraft.fandom.com/wiki/Protoss]Protoss[/url], the Koprulu sector was constantly on it's toes against overwhelming odds, infestation and purification by fire. To make matters worse, the dictatorship of the [url=https://starcraft.fandom.com/wiki/Terran_Dominion]Terran Dominion[/url] ruled by Emperor [url=https://starcraft.fandom.com/wiki/Arcturus_Mengsk]Arcturus Mengsk[/url], stood aside and pulled all his forces to the Core Worlds. But in these dark times came heroes. [url=https://starcraft.fandom.com/wiki/Jim_Raynor]James Raynor[/url], the leader of a group of terran Resistance Fighters, partnered up with the Queen of Blades herself; [url=https://starcraft.fandom.com/wiki/Sarah_Kerrigan]Sarah Kerrigan[/url], defeated Mengsk and restored the Terran Dominion into one of peace under Mengsk's son; Crown-Prince Valarian. But the dark times were not over. Moments after Mengsk's defeat, an ancient evil thought eliminated has returned. The Dark God; Amon, now wages a interstellar war against all creation itself, battling the still-recovering Zerg Swarm and Terran Dominion with his own controlled combination of Terran, Zerg and Protoss forces, including an army of Hybrids constructed using the combination of Zerg and Protoss DNA. The Koprulu sector is in a constant state of war, and any advantage our heroes can get in order to defeat Amon. However, a specialist team of Terran soldiers have discovered a plot by one of Amon's thralls to revive an ancient enemy to command the Zerg once more, and time is not on their side. Can these soldiers stop the plot before it's too late? [hr] [center][h2]Premise & Information[/h2][/center] So I've had this idea for a while now ever since I started playing Starcraft II since Christmas time, and I've always wanted to write a sub-story during the events of the Legacy of the Void storyline. So, after a while of thinking, here it is! Do not worry, you require little to no knowledge of the Starcraft Storyline, however if you do know your stuff then that's a bonus, but everything will be explained during the story for the new people as well as having information linked to the Starcraft Wiki. I will of course be able to answer any questions directly :) This Roleplay will be a team-based story filled with Action, Lore-building and plenty of other things alongside twists and various in-lore events that can change the course of the story entirety. The suit provides full life-support and NBC protection, allowing marines to deploy into environments that would otherwise be inimical to human life. Despite such material investment into each marine, they tend to have extremely short combat lives, the expectancy being mere seconds. However they are vulnerable due to their light armour and without a firearm.
