	Working for the Bounty Hunter Association may not be glamourous work, but someone has to do it. Plus, it pays the bills. For those with the skills, like Hector, and are willing to risk it all, it's a pretty sweet gig. 
Hector has afforded himself a certain lifestyle. One where he frequents Glitter Bars to get drunk and get laid. Living paycheck to paycheck. He spends a couple of days tracking down a mark, then spends that cash for a night with the Glitters. What started out as a great place to get information on locals, turned into his usual haunt. 
If you asked people he worked with to describe him, most of them would say the same thing. Slash is batshit crazy. While this isn't technically true, he can be difficult to work with. While he follows the code to the letter, he often employs unorthodox techniques to get the job done. 

Hector, who goes by Slash at work, or whenever he doesn't have to use his legal name, takes pride in what he does. Often wearing a camera so he can get drunk and rewatch his previous [i]hunts[/i]. A habit that while isn't rare, is far from mainstream. 

While being a member of the Bounty Hunter's Association, and has the right to vote in the politics of the group, he has never voted. He isn't into the politics of it, and would rather stay as just a simple Hunter, instead of moving up to be a Chapter Leader, like his father. Not wanting to get involved in any politics. Just shoot stuff, get drunk, get laid. [/color]

	Something most people don't know about Hector Tanner was that his Father was Chapter Leader of the local Bounty Hunter Association Chapter. It's not something He is particularly proud of. 
Hector grew up in the Chapter House and socialised with the older Hunters, and got basic training during his early childhood. Some of the Hunters enjoyed the positivity Hector's childlike view brought to the work they did, some didn't think a Chapter House was the place to raise a child. But with no mother in the picture, and his Dad being the Chapter Leader, he didn't really have much choice. 

	As he grew, he became more and more disillusioned to his Father's work. Having started listening in on the Holo-Meetings, he was starting to pick up more on the sinister underside that was politics. While technically a democracy, Hector found there were a few power players who held more power than others. When Hector found out his father had been grooming him to take over as Chapter Leader, he couldn't handle it. He wanted to get back to the fun, rowdy Hunters. Men and WOmen who protected him during his childhood and taught him how to shoot a gun. 

	So, when he was eighteen, he moved to New Brazil. Seeking to get away from his Father, and the Family name. Joining the New Brazil CHapter, he started going by Slash. Started living the good life. Started at VR [i]Dive[/i] bars to have a good night on the cheap. Until he got referred to a Glitter Bar for information on a Mark he was tracking. Now, there weren't any Glitter Bars in the small Enclave he was from, so he was amazed, to say the least. Only just a man, he found the joys of paying for sex and getting really drunk. Started taking Fluke. It was a good couple of years before his savings dried up. Continuing his work for the Association, he kicked his Fluke addiction, but still hangs out Glitter Bars and [i]other[/i] Glitter establishments. 

	Slash had grown contempt in his life. A regular ar the Glitter Bar and nearby Entertainment Establishment. It was one night, returning from his nearly nightly routine of getting drunk, he was wandering through the streets. A little hungover, and still feeling the lingering effects of [color=#FF0000]N[/color][color=#7FFF00]E[/color][color=#00FEFF]O[/color][color=#7F00FF]N[/color]. Some drug one of the girls offered him. Hector was out of it on his walk back to his [i]humble abode[/i]. He didn't even know what was going on when the explosion went off. He just stumbling along. Trying to not fall over, as he made his way home. 

	When the weapon went off, and Hector was thrown through a wall, he thought he had just fallen over. The drugs in his system making it seem much worse. When he looked down at his hands, he could see sparks running along his skin. [/color]

	[color=cyan][u]Joeseph Tanner[/u][/color] - Hector's Father. Though not much of a father figure. Joeseph was busy for most of Hector's childhood, leaving him to be raised by other Hunters around the Chapter House. He respects his Father, more recently. Having learned that the real battle is in the Holo-Meetings that Hector still won't join. 

	[color=cyan][u]'Hawk'[/u][/color] - Hector's real Father Figure. Hawk was a renowned Bounty Hunter who settled in the small neutral enclave Hector was from, for a change of pace. There, he took favour to the child that hung around the Chapter House. Upon finding out that the boy was the Son of Joeseph Tanner, the Chapter Leader, he began looking after the child as if it were his own. It was Hawk that taught Hector how to shoot, fight and track bounties. 

	[color=cyan][u]'Print'[/u][/color] - Print is Slash's contact for the Everyman Equity. Slash goes to Print whenever he needs equipment. They are on good terms. Slash always pays his debts, and Print doesn't ask questions. It's a win/win situation. 

	[color=cyan][u]Michael Briggs[/u][/color] - Michael Briggs is the closest thing Hector has to a brother. They met at Glitter Bar a few years ago. Hector recognised Michael's talents and got him to join the Bounty Hunter's Association. Michael took to the work rather well and turned his life around. The two are still very close. Sometimes taking contracts together. Working as a team. 

	[color=cyan][u]Aurora West[/u][/color] - Aurora is a Glitter who acts as Slash's Information Broker. After saving her life, albeit he was the one who put it in danger by asking the wrong questions, early in his career, he has gone almost exclusively to her for information. He explicitly does not sleep with Aurora, since the two are friends.

	[color=cyan][u]Marcus Kane[/u][/color] - Marcus is the Chapter House doctor. With Hector's lifestyle, he has ended up in the infirmary a few times. Having a rather unique relationship with the gruff doctor. He considers the Doctor a friend, even inviting him out for drinks a few times. The doctor has accepted two out of the seven invites. Hector Tanner developed the ability to create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the movement of charged particles (such as electrons or protons), allowing control over electric fields, all charge carriers (Ions, Electrons, Protons, and Positrons), electronics, and electromagnetic forces. [u][b]Limitation:[/b][/u] To be able to project electricity, he must first absorb it from a source. Charging up grabbing live wires or tasers and such. Transforming partly into electricity doesn't need to be charged, but while transformed, involuntary discharges occur, that can/will drain his reserves. 

[b][u]Weaknesses:[/u][/b] Hector can use his abilities without having stored up electricity, but it must come from somewhere. To generate power without having any stored, It literally tears his cells apart. Thus overusing his powers can result in massive cellular damage. Additionally, while transforming into electricity using no power, transforming back does. So, if Hector were to transform while having little power stored up, he would lose that power to involuntary discharges, and not be able to revert to human form, eventually disappearing out of existence.
