Almost like dreaming, but being awake. The whole scene flashed before my eyes as if I was there. 

Yet helpless to actually change the events that occurred. I could only observe. 

These... dreams became more frequent as I traveled and experienced more and more of this world. And I found myself getting lost in them. These events, these people's lives, I can now observe as a third party.

Allow me to jot down... [b]all that I can recall[/b]...[/i][/sup]

[indent][hider=Chapter One: Pact][i]The story of the Coven begins a few months after their creation. 

It begins with a simple Coven gathering, [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5114083]Madison Brown[/url][/b] comes bringing pizza but walks into chaos as [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5114083]Emily G. Reed's Apparition, Babylon,[/url][/b] has mutated [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5115285]Sin's griffin, Keisha,[/url][/b] with one of her curses and the beast is throwing slot machines and people around. The Griffin's rampage is brought to an end as the then Coven leader [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5114497]Agatha Loom[/url][/b] uses her abstraction to blind everyone and Babylon lifted the curse. With that said and done, the meeting is quickly conducted however there is a bit of bickering as Sin threatens Agatha over a comment and [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5114886]Ellie Hart[/url][/b] calls out Emily for her lack of control over Babylon. 

Agatha Loom initially brings up the subject of the grisly murders that have been going on in the town up north from Tampa. Where people have been reduced to skeletons and suggest that the Coven investigates it. However, Coven as a majority shoots down the idea. However, [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5114226]Kayla Foster[/url][/b] brings up a problem of hers: she sold bad drugs to a coven of vampires taking residence in a trailer park known as Greenwood and they sent someone to attack her. So she wants the Coven to help her send them a message. While some were apprehensive, a majority went along with it and ended up going with the plan. The Coven got ready and two hours later were prepared and attacked the Greenwood Coven. A massive fight breaks out between the Vampire Coven and the regular Coven but it ends when Sin gets shot and Ellie teleports her out. The Coven then meets at the Dairy Queen where they chat about what happened and [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5114820]Izzy Sasaki[/url][/b] healed Sin. Afterward, the Coven went about their business for the rest of the day.

While that was happening, the internet sensation and "Ghost-Hunter" Kimberly Walton (and her cameraman Rowan Campbell) came to Tampa with the intent of finding a girl named "Annabelle". In the lull of time, Kimberly investigates the Coven and encounters the two members that didn't go to the raid on Greenwood: [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5115354]Nina Norell[/url][/b] and Agatha Loom. Kimberly questioned the group's intentions and eventually left the two with her contact information should they ever need it. After that she left but the exploits of the Coven in Greenwood didn't go unnoticed: [i]somebody[/i] recorded it and put it on Snapchat but it was taken off soon after.

The next day there was another meeting and Madison Brown, inspired by Kayla, tried to get the Coven to help her find the Hound so she could lay her demons to rest. The majority of the group declined but she got the help of Kayla, [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5114886]Jessica Carter[/url][/b], and [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5116838]Molly Goswami[/url][/b]. They eventually left on their mission while the Coven, once again, devolves into bickering as [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5114083]Claudette[/url][/b] tries to manipulate Agatha into giving her more power. 

However, it all came to a quick stop when the "FBI" attacked the Coven by sending tear gas into their then-lair, the Casino. Much of the Coven was taken out pretty quickly as the CS gas was incredibly painful. An FBI Agent, Maximilian Cornell, initially attempted to negotiate with the Coven... then [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5114175]Maya Choi[/url][/b] attacked them with her abstraction and they opened fire with taser dart. In the middle of the struggle, [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5116813]Alyssa Burns[/url][/b] got the weapons of one of the younger FBI Agents, Trevor Obott, and fired darts at Maximilian which caused a domino of events that got his gas mask knocked off. Out of desperation, he used his abstraction to get rid of the tear gas and then demanded to know who the leader of the Coven was... and got mixed answers when the Coven started arguing about who was the leader. 

Babylon used her curse on the FBI agents to give herself an exit but Maximilian shot her in the ass with a taser dart and knocked her out. Meanwhile, Ellie was attempting to get people out of the chaos and teleported [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5116500]Herik Cletis[/url][/b] (and forgot about him). She attempted to distract the FBI by teleporting into cars and honking the horns but another FBI agent, Helena Page, sent the apparitions she was affixed to after Ellie and bullied her into stopping. At this point, Lyss surrendered as the leader of the Coven. She and Maya were taken to Meifeng and Cindy by Maximilian and Trevor.

Meifeng, furious at the Coven for attacking her agents, slapped Lyss and Maya several times while dangling threats over their head. She was talked down by Trevor who convinced her to merely make a deal with them. The details of the deal were that the Coven had to report any supernatural events to them, stay out of trouble, owed her a favor, had to keep an eye out for a woman in a black robe and deer skull, and Maya and Lyss were on "probation". Afterward, she threw them out of her command truck, without taking off their handcuffs, and the FBI pulled out. Reminding them that she's always watching. However, during their withdrawal, the FBI was attacked by [b][url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5123705]Vashti Nour[/url][/b] in her leviathan form and wrecked their vehicle. Causing an enraged Meifeng to send people after her.

Meanwhile, Madison, Kayla, Molly, and Jessica went out to the empty woods north of Tampa to find the Hound. After the Hound approached them, Madison desperately pleaded for her deceased cousin back only for the Hound to decline. Getting emotional Madison attacked the Hound after it revealed that she had died before. This lead to a battle between the four and the Hound in which Kayla went all out to get them out of there. The group's efforts turned out to delay the Hound long enough for Jessica to weaken it with her abstraction and Kayla to incinerate it. They left.

However, regrouping at a Dairy Queen, Madison confronted Molly about something the Hound said calling her Hraesvelgr. It was then revealed that Molly went to Port Richey on her own to investigate the killings and was attacked by a monster before she was abscised by Hraesvelgr. In a fit of rage, Madison attacked Hraesvelgr and the two battled but Kayla and Jessica talked Madison down and they all went back to the Coven. Unfortunately, their fight was recorded by somebody. 

Back at the casino, the group that fought the Hound received a biased account of what happened from Maya and a completely incorrect one from Emily. Kayla almost exploded before Alyssa cleared things up and the power struggle for leadership began again. This one wasn't particularly long as Agatha Loom walked out of the Coven and Kayla was crowned the new leader of the Coven. Madison Brown, out of frustration, told the group that they had to go like right now and the Coven dispersed. 

The next day Alyssa did her first meeting with the FBI Agent in charge of her probation. At first, she thought it was Trevor but it was Maximilian Cornell. After a bit of prodding, she managed to get Maximilian to slip that they weren't the FBI, but instead an organization known as the "DENS". After that Maximilian told her the truth about Annabelle Heart to gain her trust - mainly the fact that it's believed that she'll end the world and they must kill her. Coming to terms, the two left. 

During the week before the next Coven meeting: Luther Saul, leader of the religious movement The Forgiven, appeared on a talk show and was prodded by a reporter with some uncomfortable questions about the Forgiven. It was enough to make Saul retreat to his compound... where he was approached by the mysterious "Messiah" who admonished him for his disgraceful behavior. He gave Saul an ultimatum: eliminate all Extra-Normal organizations and Annabelle Heart or they'll kill him. A light bulb went off in Saul's head as he decided to put a plan in motion. He approached the millionaire Blake Schmidt, who wants magical powers, and directed him towards the Coven in hopes that he'll destroy them.  

One night while this was going on, Kimberly ventured through the woods in hopes of finding Annabelle Heart. Eventually she. ran into one of the man-eating monsters that were leaving behind those dead bodies. After shooting it a few times it leads her to her target: Annabelle Heart. Kimberly tried to plead with the woman but Annabelle was simply too far gone and attacked Kimberly and easily overpowered her. By restraining herself, she allowed Kimberly to escape. Afterward, Annabelle met with a strange girl... who told her that she needed to stop and perform some self-care.

But Annabelle was too driven in her quest to kill Luther Saul.[/i][/hider]

[hider=Chapter two: Checks and Balances][i]The very next week the Coven already got to work, they met a day earlier on Friday after being prompted by Emily. Blake Schmidt approached Emily and expressed interest in their little Coven to gain magical powers, and promised a lot of money in exchange. Therefore, Emily assembled the Coven in Fantasy Land, their new lair. It wasn't long before the Covenites met up there, starting with Claudette, Izzy, Maya, and Madison showed up intoxicated. Emily showed up and pitched the deal with Blake and it was met with suspicion by Maya. Eventually, Emily convinced them to at least hear Blake out.

Elsewhere, the new leader of the Coven, Kayla Foster, assisted by Alyssa Burns and Herik Cletis met two prospective members of the Coven: Vashti Nour and Taylor Summers. They explained their abilities and reasoning for joining the Coven but the meeting was interrupted by a surprise Florida Man. Sometime later both groups met up in Blake Schmidt's hotel, a rooftop bar specifically, with Blake Schmidt and his wife Phillis Schmidt. Blake Schmidt initially attempted to barter a magical ability, but he was declined by Kayla Foster. Lyss explained magical abilities to him while he requested a demonstration that magic was real. A demonstration that he got from Izzy. 

However, Maya got comfortable with Phillis Schmidt and they had a brief discussion, and Maya could sense the frustration in Phillis. Which was multiplied when Izzy's little demonstration of magic involved kissing his finger. The two went off to find somewhere private while the meeting continued. However, it wasn't long until Phillis came back and dropped the bomb on Blake. Enraged, Blake broke the deal off, kicked the Coven out, and swore vengeance.

While this was going on, a drunken Madison was being a handful for Claudette. However, she got assistance from Herik Cletis, Taylor Summers, and Vashti Nour; they went down to the elevator. Certain comments made by a drunken Madison began grating on Vashti's nerves, and it got more and more irritable in there. Claudette, panicking, filled the room with darkness, which ended up killing the power and ending with some harsh comments from Vashti. Vashti left the elevator and got help and the people trapped in the elevator managed to leave. However, it was around this time that they were being kicked out.

The Coven regrouped at Fantasy Land and they had a brief meeting about what to do next. Herik wanted to go to dinner, but Taylor made a joking comment about going to a strip club that was taken seriously. The Coven made their plans and ended up going to two separate places: Dinner and a strip club (And Taylor wondered why they couldn't have both).

However, around this time, Blake was plotting and scheming and he ended up making contact with the Greenwood Vampire Coven. He met three members of the Vampire Coven and they sold the Outsider - a being that Lyss mentioned in passing - to him. Against all logic and suggestion, Blake released the Outsider and she was grateful for being released that she was willing to do anything for Blake. However, she had one request; he had to sacrifice a bunch of women for her to reach full power.

A group of Taylor, Maya, Lyss, Izzy, and Quinn went to a strip club known as Veni Vedi Veni. It started with a round of drinks and banter but they saw their Coven-sister Madison take the stage and things changed. After also seeing the DENS agents at the club, they decided to go backstage to congratulate Madison. She didn't take it the way they were hoping but their meeting was interrupted by a scream. They went down to the basement where they found three members of the Greenwood Coven (one was naked) had bound and gagged various strippers to sacrifice them to the Outsider. A brief fight ensued in which the Coven got uncomfortably familiar with the anatomy of a male bat and then they came out on top. The strippers were, unfortunately, sacrificed to the Outsider.

Meanwhile, Emily was disappointed in the fact that the other members of the Coven went to Red Lobster. It was merely Vashti Nour and Herik Cletis at the meeting. Emily, attempting a different approach after the [i]humilitating[/i] meeting with Blake, poured her heart out and told them her problem. They both shared their similar issues and decided to work towards solving them... and it was around this time the Coven called for backup so Emily and Vashti went straight there (which featured booping).

Lyss strong-armed the vampire leader into helping them defeat the Outsider and Blake, not before both sides called backup. The Greenwood Coven thought it was a great idea to crash a pick up truck through the front door of the strip club. However, everyone fled before the cops showed up.

Given that the Greenwood Vampire Coven couldn't do the simplest things, Blake ended up sacrificing his sugar babies to get the rest of the sacrifices to power the Outsider. The Outsider was grateful, and when it appeared that she was going to betray Blake, she asked who he wanted to be destroyed next. And all while this was happening, the Forgiven were throwing a party and it ended in bloodshed and cannibalism as Annabelle Heart showed up. She went on a straight path towards Savannah Farrow and cornered her, but she was stopped by the Forgiven's Messiah who requested that Annabelle calls him The Speaker. A battle ensued as Annabelle shifted into a second form and battled him.

The next day the Coven quickly assembled at Fantasy Land to come up with a plan... which was interrupted when the Outsider showed up out of nowhere. A tense battle ensued as the Coven were pushed to their limits, but the Outsider had targets: Maya, Lyss, and Emily. The battle raged on and Emily was badly injured by one of the Outsider's attacks, and she was teleported away by Ellie... who was killed and abscised by Babylon who expressed dissatisfaction with the Coven. The battle raged on until the Outsider was sealed by Lyss, and then the DENS showed up to provide aid. Meifeng attempted to ease the Coven but the Hound showed up and revealed that Babylon had betrayed the Coven. They quickly found Emily as the Hound took Ellie's soul and they all went to the hospital.

Hours later, the Coven met in the parking garage of the Tampa General Hospital and Madison suggested that they attack Blake now while Blake wasn't expecting it. They received some notable criticism from Herik and Vashti, but they were approached by Trevor from the DENS who gave them his location. The Coven, minus those two who stayed with an unconscious Emily, attacked Blake's fancy yacht. When they attacked, they broke off into teams in which Madison had a hair-brained scheme to get Blake by himself. Unfortunately, she got sidetracked by [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/5151686][b]Mariah Mainline[/b][/url] who demonstrated an abstraction and made Madison think that she was in cahoots with Blake. It ended in an exchange of insults and then begrudging respect.

Claudette was more or less put in charge of babysitting Quinn and Maya... which didn't go well as she began marching off and then she encountered a drunk Phillis Schmidt. A fire broke out that Claudette rushed to go extinguish, but it was Lyss who got Blake by himself. The Coven brutally whooped his ass until he gave up by throwing money at them and giving them a brand new lair in exchange for leaving them alone. They gladly accepted their new lair as they split up. However, the next day Meifeng met with Lyss in the place of Maximilian who told her to back off from her agent and informed her that Izzy was found murdered by Annabelle Heart.

A few nights later, Kimberly Walton and her sidekick Rowan Campbell rushed to the Greenwood Estates in an attempt to stop Annabelle Heart's rampage. She singlehandedly wiped out the entire trailer park and was about to begin feasting when she was interrupted by Kimberly and three members of the DENS, Maximilian, Sonya, and Maria. Kimberly had a "cure" for her condition, but it didn't exactly work, but she had no choice but to flee when Maximilian engaged Annabelle. A massive fight broke out between the two in which they seemed to be evenly matched but Maximilian was critically injured by Annabelle. Maria went to save Maximilian but Annabelle fled. 

Annabelle went back to her lair where she talked to her sister, Sophia Heart, again. Her arch-nemesis, Luther Saul was approached by the Messiah who requested to know his progress and... a sacrifice. After they sacrificed an innocent woman, Saul commanded his lackeys to go find the Coven. After the disastrous attempt to save Annabelle, Kimberly was sent to new lows as she stole alcohol from a store and got drunk. She was confronted by her friend Rowan and the two got intimate as Kimberly tried to get her mind off things.

A few days later, Babylon-in-Ellie's rampage took her to Orlando where she used her abstraction to enthrall a family while she stole their valuables. However, she was confronted by an old friend of hers... an Apparition named Hemorragia and her new host Luis. They came to invite her to an organization known as Dollhouse to repay some debts, which she gladly accepted.[/i][/hider]
