Hello there, I'm Rivaan, can call me Riv if you'd wish. Usually I make my 1x1 ICs a lot more detailed when it's about a very specific RP I want to do that I've done a lot of brainstorming on. Decided to change my way of doing things for the moment. Here I will be tossing my less developed, but still desired RP ideas. Now I'm looking for a RP partner or two as I found some spare time on my hands. Before we proceed some rules to be tossed into the mix!

 -Must be 18+, I'm an adult and prefer to RP with adults. Expect gore, hard language, cursing and all that.
 -Smut will NOT be the focus of this RP and I will even run it with fade to black if I have to, so we can keep the pace going.
 -If I see something I do not like I will call you on it. 
 -I expect at least 2 paragraphs for a post. Could be more could be sometimes less, but most of the time 2 is the minimum. No one liners here.
 -I would prefer it to NOT be a one post per week kind of RP. At least every other day if it's possible. Sometimes I'm busy, sometimes you will be busy, it happens, but 2-3 post a week should be the norm. Sometimes with many posting back to back during lucky days of course.
 -If you do not like something within the RP, talk to me, we shall see if we can figure something out.
 -If you need to leave the RP or lose interest, just say it. I will not hold it against you. Let's separate on friendly terms, don't just drop off the face of the Earth.
 -I will try to keep on time for posting, but if I haven't replied within 2-3 days after your post feel free to poke me. I will be doing the same. Sometimes RP get burried within other things to do, it's understandable.

 -I'm searching for one or maybe 2 people to do this RP with, so if you come late and I already have people, I will tell you and change the name of the IC to -name-[closed]. Please be understanding, I'm just one person.
 -I mostly play Female characters, but do can play Male as well. Still I prefer to play Female characters better. I can do FxF or FxM.
 -Also no RPing from first person, I find it slightly weird and would prefer for my partner to not use it either.

[hider=Harry Potter AU]
 Ideally I'd love to do a semi canon Harry Potter AU RP. What would I mean by that? Set in the timeframe of original story, but at certain point onwards it will diverge and with some notable differences in the existing characters for example maybe we can have an evil Dumbledore who's manipulating and pulling strings all around. Like how had he NOT noticed the abuse Harry was suffering at home? It was all part of the plan! Just a possibility. I personally won't be playing a existing character, part of the whole going off the rails of the story with new elements showing up, but I won't be stopping my partner in this going for a canon character like Harry, an AU Harry that might not even be a boy or even a complete OC that's also at Hogwarts at the time. As for starting point, I'd reckon year 5 is a good place to start. Maybe a month or so before the start of term depending on how we decided to proceed with the story. 

 Anyways in this RP, I'm looking a lot to setting and twisting the original story some. Stuff like who's secretly evil, who's having dastardly plans for the saviors or the like. If you've read Harry Potter fanfics, it's likely you've seen at least one of them bashing Dumbledore,Ron and others.

 A relatively simple idea about a mass effect story that's about a person from another cycle of harvest waking up in the next one like Javik. This can follow some of the events of the game or could be entirely different from it depending on how the story is arranged. It could also be as somebody waking up in the timeline of the ME games as the sole survivor of an ancient race that tries to stop the Reapers once more or it could be about a human waking up in the next cycle after Commander Shepard's efforts failed and the galaxy was culled. We can play around with this to decide which and who takes which role.

 I really want to do something related to Star Wars. More so focused in the Empere part of the timeline, but something in the Clone Wars could work too. Personally I'm going to discount anything that happens in the new trilogy... Yeah not happy with that one. I'm not a SW deep lore expert. I've read a few of the Legacy books back in the day. Watched ep 1 to 6, almost all of the Clone Wars and played some of the games. I had a lot of fun with all those and I hope to capture some of it here too. What I'm personally am most looking for is a bit more freestyled take. With weird Lightsaber types, possibly obscure stuff showing up... maybe even sprinkle some stuff from the Old Republic era via force schenanigans? Details could be hammered out later.

[hider=Under the guise of a Mask]
 A semi historical RP idea heavily inspired by movies like Legend of Zorro, Batman and books like Count Monte Cristo. Specific time setting for the RP is open to decision really though it will be semi accurate to real world at best. Basic idea of it boils down to a nobleman or noblewoman from one nation or city state travels under pretense to another because they are aware of a possible conspiracy. Could be a conspiracy to overthrow the king/queen, to start a war or anything damaging enough really. The noble would have a secret identity - a masked vigilante of sorts with only their closest servants being aware. The other player could be the local city lord, lady, noble or just a civilian who get's dragged into it. Again things like setting for both era of the RP and location be it ancient Greece or renaissance France or Italy is up to us.

 Inspired by a webnovel of that name, this RP will be about a pair of humans who died and ended up in valhalla one way or another. In the novels it was a human from our world, an E-Sports player who died in 'battle' and for some reason a Valkyrie was dispatched to pick him up. In this case it could be something similar with people from modern day earth ending up in Valhalla that's usually tied to it's own version of Midgard instead. Or it could be that our characters would be from the olden world entirely and as proper warriors end up in valhalla to fight Ragnarok! Or maybe a mix of a proper warrior and a person from our world! Up for discussion and personal prefference really. Main point will be, monster fighting gallore with all manner of mythological creatures and fantasy adventures all the way!

 Another one I don't have a complete concrete idea honestly, but just like the possibilities. A city filled with all manner of weird larger than life heroes and villains( and batman punching people obvs). A setting like that gives great amount of possibilities and I'd love to explore things from the point of view of somebody who's just dragged into those events caused by the super villains. Maybe we play minor villians or heroes. Maybe even just regular civilians caught up into the madness or any mixture of those three. Might even consider going for cannon x OC mashup if somebody really wants to try playing a cannon character through it won't be me. Still I do love me the idea of the madness that could go down.

 The idea for this RP is to play as members/employees of a secret borderline evil organization. One that deals in all manners of research that at the end do provide tangible benefit to humanity, but at the price of questionable and sometimes downright inhuman experiments. Whenever something goes wrong, a 'Cleaner' crew is send, consisting of armed agents to capture, terminate and generally fix the problem.

 My main idea is for us to play as low to mid level agents. Though possible options are also mixes of agents, handlers, researcher, one of the experiments and so on.

[hider=So you got Isekai-ed, now what!?...building an Empire?]
	A relatively simple RP idea honestly. Suddenly for some unexplained reason one day you jus wake up at a new world with the powers and abilities from a game or show you really liked. Could be played a few different ways but for example maybe you are now royalty or nobility in a world where the strong survive and the weak can only submit. Powers would grow with time as you also learn new ones and so on, gradually catching up to the world' strongests. And hey maybe creating an empire isn't too bad, right?
 
	So yeah, it's an Isekai RP where you get reincarnated/reborn/(other re words here) as somebody of importance. Much influence on this were quite a few fantasy webnovels and mainly things like Hail the King. I'm not looking to play the royal character, I'm personally looking to play the right hand of one. The trusty knight and protector. Powerwise, we'd start on the lower end of things, but grow along and with the world having it's own power system that our Game worlds based powers combine into. We can discuss this more in PMs though.

[hider=Final Fantasy 8]
 As a great fan of Final Fantasy 8, it's one of if not my most favorite final fantasy game. I've always wanted to do a RP set in that universe. My main idea here would be a sort of AU of the main story or maybe a story set up around a different time like prior to the game's events. As such I suppose some knowledge of the game would be required, though I wouldn't push it too much. As the Sorceress and the Sorceress's Knight are a main motive of the game, I'd ideally love to do something with it. A young Sorceress who had gained her powers not too long ago and her chosen champion to keep her safe as forces across the world are stirring to exploit them for their own gain. Could go with the same timeline as the game itself, but in that case I would like it that for the most part the events of the game would be happening somewhat away from the characters with few actual cross overs with the game's main protagonists and our characters. So while Squall and company and off fighting Edea, we would be instead off fighting somewhere else and not being present at the game's events, though we could still use Ultimecia and maybe Adel and so on as villains.

 Alright, usually I'd go on a somewhat long description of the possible setting with details and other information that could be useful. No such thing this time. I want to do a RP that at least at the start our characters would be gladiators, maybe they escape, maybe they get freed or even something else who knows. The setting should be vaguely Roman Empire. I'm NOT an expert on the topic of the Roman Empire, nor I expect my partners to be. We can tweak it somewhat, just make some stuff as we go along and all other manner of conveniences. However expect, emperors, legions, crowds of folk shouting for blood and circuses, all the good stuff. I suppose this could also be made to work as a somewhat fantasy setting, up to debate, but just mentioning it as an option. I don't have concrete plot set up for this, at first it'd be just day to day life in the arena and the Ludus( the gladiatorial school).

 (general modern day magic setting or fandoms like Harry potter or Fata/Stay Night)
 My idea is for the story to follow as shown in the name, the darker aspects of the world of magic. The backstabbing between the many magical families, the assassinations and the attempts to steal the research of the others. Crazed magi with the desire to destroy, weird experiments, ancient and otherworldly evils and all that comes with those. 

 Now For the possible plot I had in mind in just a few words. My character would be a eccentric who strays away from the politics of the magical societies, but gets dragged back into it by force when people discover that she could be useful research subject. Due specific irregularities. Here your character could be pretty much anything and those few details aside we could spin it in many directions.

	The idea behind this story is basically a post apocalyptical world that could be taking place in both fantasy or near sci-fi setting. Details could vary and I've got ideas for both a fantasy and a more scifi-ish setup, but the main idea is that the sun has dimmed out from the sky for a reason or another. To survive, people moved underground into vast subterrainian networks of caverns and tunels. Creating fortified settlements whereever they could sustain life, farming mushrooms, any plantlife that adapted and herding mutated animals. The surface being encased in perpetual darkness and endless blizzards.

	From the basics onwards, the RP could vary greatly depending on how we proceed with it. Just a few two scenarios:
	-Characters got exiled into the seemingly endless caverns and tunnels outside the settlements to find their deaths for crimes they didn't(or maybe did) commit. Explore the forgotten tunnels and find locations long since lost to time outside the relatively safe confines of civilization as they know it.
	-Whatever's keeping the settlement safe and surviving might be suffering a breakdown or maybe a danger is growing so strong soon to be lethal. Maybe it's the old fallout classic of water purifying chips or maybe the nuclear reactor that's been keeping hte power is malfunctioning, but access has been lost for decades with it's entrance days away into the tunnels that haven't been used for years.

 It is the near future of 2250. Humanity has colonized the Solar System, but we as people never really changed. Once new borders in space were established, the old lust for power, control and greed resurfaced again. With a new conflict brewing an all out war was just a matter of time. The two sides of the conflict being as simple as Earth vs Colonies. A bloody conflict to be raged across Sol. 

 Another rather open ended idea for a RP. My main idea is for my character to be a pilot for the colonies that was captured. RP can start during the time she's captured with the other character being their jailor, somebody to attempt to recruit them or a rescue mission. Up to discussion here!
