Once the darkness returned, Eris stiffened, waiting for something to happen. But aside from the weird gibberish of the voice, everything was just dark all around him. Touching his face and clothes, Eris let out a loud groan as he realized the spell came back. He was blind again! What the hell was even the point of doing the extra stuff right if they weren't getting rewarded?! Well, that wasn't entirely true, he did remember the announcement saying it was extra credit for the mages or whatever. So there was a point, just not one that benefited him. 

Dropping his arms to his sides, the vampire turned in the direction of Wells' voice, giving him an empty smile. [color=ccff99]"I can't see shit again,"[/color] He informed him, not bothering to hide the bitterness in his voice. [color=ccff99]"Capturing my natural good looks is difficult for any artist. Unless we're in front of a mirror, no sculpture or anything of the sort could possibly hope to exude [i]this[/i]."[/color] He flashed an actual grin, holding it for about three seconds until he dropped it. [color=ccff99]"I bet they got your pout just about right, though."[/color] He didn't need a mirror to know he probably nailed the kid's typical scowl, keeping it on as he crossed his arms.

[color=ccff99]"As for doing more...I don't know, I thought we solved it pretty easily. We actually made a good team,"[/color] He admitted with a slight shrug. [color=ccff99]"The baseline grade is an eighty, each 'challenge' is an additional five percent..."[/color] He grimaced as he calculated it out. [color=ccff99]"So that means another three would need to be completed to earn one hundred--anything more than that is just torture and only nerds would go for the extra credit--and only one more challenge for you to pass with an A minus."[/color] He raised his eyebrows, thinking to himself. [color=ccff99]"So we have three options: we keep doing challenges to get your grade up, we do the one challenge in front of you to scrape by with an acceptable grade since it's right there, or we do nothing and get out. The last one is mighty tempting, I am not a fan of not seeing."[/color] He ran his hand through his hair, frowning.
