The direct descendant of Gilgamesh, Jalal was the former Prince of Babylon from another earth where it remained in its full glory as the world's indisputable empire. He was a young soldier prodigy-mage captain who lead the masses in World War 3 and battled against the forces of Donatello Triumph and Kim Jun Song. This was also declared as the first galactic war, where Celestials intervened the affairs of men.

Jalal may not have the raw power of the gods but his Babylonian army comprised of 7 Court Magicians 7 Seers, 7 Wisemen and 100,000 soldiers. He lead them thoroughly despite the fast decreasing numbers and overwhelming magic nukes of Triumph and Kim, Jalal defended the citadel of Babylon and allied with King George Pendragon of Camelot, Joel Joestar of UK,  Imperial Japan's Emperor
