Baraian Paladice
Time: Late afternoon Location: Roshmi Grand Ball The night at the rooftop with Kuroi had passed without incident, and early the morning after Baraian set off to Ra Monde. With or without Kuroi. He had to find a healer and also find Regulus to berate for his blunt actions, though in private and not openly. As morale of the Golden Death were more important than punishing a member who put them all in danger by stepping in to aid Ilan. Though soon the dark elf realized there was no time, he had to first have his wounds tended to and later arrange for that upcoming grand ball. The elf had spent what felt like an eternity in the healing section of Ra Monde, the fairy healer had managed to close his wound and easen the stinging pain. The dark elf was determined to not lie idly by however to recover completely, he knew he had to be at that ball to support his fellow members but also the possibility of a coup in the place by other cells which he were unaware of. Baraian knew that all did not know of Ra Monde, nor of Golden Death. Especially if they were human and newly arrived to Avalia. He knew that the ball would be a very dangerous place, as it would have the higher ups in Aklenroth's kingdom present. Demons. Dark elves. Orcs and all manner of others who had been in search of fortune at the expense of the realm. Baraian had gotten aid in dressing in a fully brown coat with some soft peach coloured shirt under it, a full faced golden skull mask on his face. He had left his weapons behind. It didn't take long for him to find himself before the entrance to the place where the grand ball would be held. His eyes wandered up to the towering building, which implied just how small and insignificant a person truly were in such a place. Despite it all he knew he had to play his part, he had waited for too long to stop now. The wheel was already in motion, there was no way to stop it now.He made his way up the long stairs and towards the gatekeepers who allowed him passage inside of the grand hall. People had been starting to gather up. His steps were graceful looking, although he still felt weak from his injury, his arm shaking in a shivering manner. 'So this is the grand ball? All these masks and wealthy people, who strive to reach even higher in their endless pursuit for something out of reach.' The dark elf came to think about the order... Golden Death. What it truly meant to him. He could feel the hatred starting to fill him up, like a whirlpool sucking a ship into it. It wouldn't be long now until the beginning of the end. End to the tyrant and everything... He wanted to let out a chuckle, no even a cruel laugh. Soon his dream would finally come true… The dark elf passed by the disguised Umber, the very form of the elf beaming with sheer hate.
Terneus Andros
Time: Late afternoon Location: Grand ball It was with angry but nontheless noble steps that the governor began to make his way up the stairs, there was something about walking up and down stairs that he found pleasant. Walking up them made him feel like he ascended even further into godhood and graces, yet descending down stairs would be like a god showing themselves before the common filthy peasants. Both of these would certainly make the very sight of him seem divine. Terneus was clad in white silk garments and green details and puffy arms, his face fully covered by a stunningly beautiful and old elven mask. Likely taken as a spoil from the war or from a rival nobles treasury. The governor couldn't quite remember all the minor details about all those who tried to stop his rightious ascension. He held his head high as he finally came to the top of the stairs, his second in command Feldrin was right behind him clad in fully black coat and just looking plain in comparison. This was not an issue to Terneus, as all eyes were meant to be upon his regal attire and grandeur. Even if his face had been scarred... There was not a moment passing in which the elf didn't think of his face, how fair it had looked for all those hundred of years, during all his hardships and struggles... and had now been defiled by some beast! The elf bit his teeth together and tightened his fists as he passed by the dark elven guards, as if they were not even worth to look at. They were after all filthy outcasts and lesser creatures compared to him. 'Behold all who dwell in Avalia, behond my radiance...' He thought as he took a deep breath, letting the size of the ballroom sink in. This hall was truly grand and sufficient to house someone of his stature. Even if it was in such a filthy beast-ridden city overall. He began to ponder if there was a way to clean it up and misplace the populace. Perhaps fill it with elves instead? The governor looked to Feldrin and coughed into his hand softly, reminding the commander of something he had been told of before. "Introducing his elegance, Lord Terneus Andros, governor of the light elves, loyal subject of his royal majesty Aklenroth Grimuth, ruler of Avalia. Long live the king!" Feldrin said out in a loud voice to announce Terneus arrival in a manner the governor found pleasing. Terneus waved softly with his right in a soft flickering fashion, his other hand located by his waist as he held unto it, the side-cape he wore over the same shoulder displaying his family sigil. Around his neck a fourhundred and seventy old necklace of finest gems and gold, on each of his fingers a different gem so that his peers would know of his wealth and varied taste. Or so he would have liked them to think. The elf could feel how eyes would begin to wander to him, and it filled him with pride. Even if he was crudely scarred, he would not let them see how much it irked him. How he hated the fact! The elf began to walk in a straight line in towards the finer sections of the ballroom, where he knew that he could easily be seen and gazed upon. Like a god revealing itself to it's subjects, that's how he viewed it.
Zelginn
Time: Late afternoon Location: The grand ball It was on quick and light feet that Zelginn moved up the stairs, he had his usual attire which consisted of some fine furs, but now with his mask pulled down before his face. He strolled up to the guards by the entrance. "Good evening!" He said in a cheery manner, before one of the guards picked him up at the back of his collar, lifting him up. "No children without parents allowed. Get lost." The guard tossed him out, causing him to land on his rear. "Oof! You lumbering oaf!" He cursed and snarled as he threw a glance up to a balcony very high up, the small figure couldn't help but smirk under his mask as he discreetly snuck off to the side of the large building. Pressing his feet against the ground before leaping up into the air towards the building, grabbing unto a small part of the building wall sticking out, then climbing up on it. Pressing his feet against it and lunging up towards his destination, and after some climbing and jumping he managed to reach it. "Aha. Looks like you have a breach in your security..." *he raised his mask and stuck out his tongue and pulled the underside of one of his eyes with a finger. "Idiots." The small figure began to traverse along the long corridors and railing of the upper floors, looking down to the large amount of people within the hall. "Sheesh.. that's sure alot of dumb people here..." He said aloud to himself, as his eyes scanned for his target. And sure enough he found it. Located on large tables in one corners of the large hall were the food section. Meat and drinks in plenty. Zelginn spent very little if any thought at all to restrain himself and quickly began to traverse the stairs and moving towards the tables holding all that rich folks food. He ducked behind a vase, then behind a fat woman... and then behind a potted plant. The food wouldn't see him coming, but the guards just might.
Elthrael Vol'Kerno
Time: Late afternoon Location: Outside of the grand ball building, located on the roof of a nearby building, sitting with his legs crossed over the edge of it. 'A double edged trap this is, I don't have to be in the forest to know a trap when I see one. This so called rebellion may fail before it even begins, if only they had an ounce of wisdom and patience. What a disappointment you turned out to be... Elsea.' The moth fairy shook his head softly, the wind blowing in his long white hair, his golden eyes looking down to all the manner of people entering the large building from which the ball were being hosted within. 'What use it there is dethroning a king if you have not a proper replacement for him? This is just going to turn into a cluster of wars if he is ended, people are going to try to eat oneanother. Elves. Fairies. Demi-humans. Dark elves. Orcs... and humans. What is worse than this order? Chaos. Utter and sheer chaos. Unpredictable and dangerous for all involved.' The fairy softly sighed, and looked at the palm of his hand. 'I will wait Risa, for you to understand the only hope the fairy kingdom have is if you join with me. With my power and your connections we may bring order to the coming disorder. Once you and your friends are captive will you realize how wrong you were, and perhaps the only way to awaken you is to make your friends disappear forever. If you refuse I suppose the wretched lich will keep on ruling... what a shame.' Elthrael began to softly laugh atop of the building he sat on, looking down at the various carriages and dressed up people below. 'But what can one do against all these bad odds, but to wait for a more opportune moment to strike...' He tapped his cheek with a finger.
