These are special actions opened up for named characters seen above in this excerpt who can react and act based on the line given to them.

The reason they are given these actions may vary, in this instance Madison and Hector both know Ian Everyman. When they awake they'll remember that the man in the vision was Ian Everyman, everyone who wasn't named won't know who the fuck that was in the vision.

Just some clarification.
