Vlad's warning came just in time for Dragoon to put up with the sensation of her body locking up, rather than fighting against it. The moment she was free, though, her eyes widened in surprise and delight as she could literally feel her body moving faster. With Vlad's overclocking boost, Dragoon easily slipped out of range of the armored droids, turning to nod her thanks to Vlad as she landed from her backwards leap, twirling her spear back into an offensive stance. 

In all honesty, she could already tell that the armored droids would be a bitch to deal with, especially for a Vanguard like her. No, her best bet was to keep massacring the normal infantry and leave the big guys to the heavy hitters. With that in mind, Dragoon leapt back into the fray, nimbly keeping out of the armored droids' reach as she lunged at an infantry android, thrusting into its body several times over until the thing's frame slumped, deactivated. Her currently-enhanced body reacted quickly to another droid's oncoming attack, raising her spear's reinforced haft to parry its blow. She raised her weapon in response, smashing the haft into the droid's head to knock it back before whirling her spear around and plunging its tip into her opponent's head. 

With yet two more foes dispatched, Dragoon tucked and rolled out of the way of the blow of an armored unit that had finally caught up with her. She queued her comms as she came up out of the roll, now on the defensive as she parried and dodged the strikes of two armored droids at once.
