It was a bit more extreme than what she had been expecting they would go for, and it left her feeling a bit self conscious with her own choices. Then again, maybe she was just overthinking things. It wasn't like everyone they had seen entering looked like a punk rocker. This would be fine. Inside, Alicia saw many people she knew, and a few that she didn't. Honestly she could see why they had sprung for the warehouse. It seemed like a majority of the magical girls in the city were here for this rave. With the aura blanketing everything, it made it near impossible to tell what the threat might be, or any sort of trap. Sure, the power differences here meant that there were probably girls on their own who could be extremely dangerous, but that was not what was at play here. Something told her that whatever it was probably was not sitting in the middle of the dance floor. If they wanted to find out what, they needed to look deeper. But before she could get to any of that, they found themselves approached by a duo asking for a dance. One of them seemed familiar, though she was having a bit of trouble pinning down a face to the name. But she was the less talkative one anyway. Before Alicia could answer Leena and FanFan took the lead, the girl drawing in and challenging the eyepatch girl to a ballet competition in the middle of the rave. Now this would be an interesting sight to see. "She just never stops," Alicia observed with a sigh and a shaking of her head. She got the message that Leena was going for, or at least she thought that she did. "I can't say I'm much of a dancer myself though. Hope that's alright." As fun as it would have been, their mission could not afford for them to get wrapped into dancing with random strangers. At least not yet. Maybe once the threat was gone. Having said that much, it couldn't hurt delving in a little for information. "So, enjoying the party so far? We just got here, seems pretty chaotic doesn't it? Or is there other stuff going on that we've missed?' It was a decent probe that might give them a direction to look, at least in theory. [sub][@Ariamis][@BrokenPromise][/sub]
While unaware that the alcohol had been traded out for simple water, Ren was at least pleased to find that his effort had found some fertile ground. Liss had been distracted from her misery, though she did look like a mess. How long had she been here doing this? he wouldn't have been surprised if it had been since the party started. Reaching into a pocket, he pulled out a handkerchief and handed it over for her to use. At the same time her question would be answered. "You looked like you were in a rough spot," he conceded with a shrug. "I'm mostly a tourist as is. Go around to various dimensions, watch interesting things. No blue police box, but that's overrated anyway. Made a lot of sense to stop by a massive magical girl party." Taking a sip of his drink, he took a moment to enjoy the taste before adding to that. "So, not really trying for anything personal, just lending a helping hand along the way to a fellow traveler. Make sense?" [sub][@ERode][/sub]
