[@WanderingDragon]  I think the character looks good for the most part.  The only thing I'm not sure of at the moment is the gravity control part of the powers.  Telekinesis is a Dragon Ball power so it's certainly not unusual, well just have to make sure it is not very effective against the tougher opponents and should be fine.
