[@Double]  The clothes beam would be considered a magic technique so ya, it would have to be a technique, although now that I'm thinking about it...Namekian regeneration doesn't have to be counted as a technique as pretty much every Namekian has a that ability, Giant Transformation on the other hand does need to be a technique as only a few Namekians have been able to utilize it.  So if you want, you can replace regeneration with another technique.
