I apologize if you were expecting interest right away as I'm not but I want to give you some personal advice from a guy who played/made a similar rp in the past. Academy students are extremely weak Itachi excluded. I would advise making a fairly quick paced roleplay with maybe one filler mission per main 'arc' mission.
