His figure is one odd for a warrior, looking somewhat muscular but almost holding the appearance of someone who is starving, one birthed from a long walk across a desert with only sand bugs to dine on. His skintone is tanned, a common thing for the tribes that exist past even Eerum. His eyes are a vibrant yellow and catlike in their shape. His hair is a mess of brown curls, sitting with most of their mass atop his hair and pointing down to the bridge of his nose. Across his body are a series of tattoos. These half done tattoos, black in their colour, etch across his body the tale of how is great ancestors fought for his tribe and his people. Lan adorns himself in a variety of light cloth rather than much amounts of battle armour. Even the traditional warriors of his tribe at least wore full leather chest plates and bronze helmets. Lan is much more about swift movement. He often wears a Shemagh around his face, his yellow eyes the only thing visible under them. He keeps it up during a fight, let's it hang as a hood when resting, and only takes it off when in the face of an important figure. Over his shoulders, he wraps a white cloth around him, which only just covers the leather chest piece under it. His midriff is left mostly exposed, leading to a pair of harem pants held up by a large metal belt. This silver metal also wraps around his hands in the form of bangles.

[SUP][SUB]
▼ B I O G R A P H Y:
[/SUB][/SUP]

The tribes past Eerum aren't officially in territory of the kingdom. As such, the old cultures and ways of the people Eeerum that have long past still live on in some way, just not within the walls of our gracious kingdom. Lan's tribe had a distant for those of the kingdom, seeing them as foreigners who only sought to take their land, wives, and sons. A people of immense spiritual virtue, believing in their ways and living by them. The tribe of Ra'nok believe that, when an animal is consumed by an individual, they are possessed by that creature. If the creature is not honoured properly upon death, then the individual will be cursed, and they will suffer a slow death. If a creature is respected, those of the Ra'nok believe that the abilities of your prey are granted to you as a show of good faith. The people of this tribe see respect, especially of the dead and those they take from, to be paramount. Lan was born to the main family of the cheif, set to inherit the seat of his fathers tribe once he passed away. He was the first of seven sons, and he was always a rowdy and cunning young lad. When he was around the age of 5, his father took him hunting for wild boars to eat, and this is where he was thought the ways of his people. He liked the ideas of his tribe, that he could become as brave as a lion or as strong as an ox just from taking from the earth what he needed in the right way. It wasn't long until his father taught him how to use a bow and how to offer up the carcass of a hunt the proper way, and Lan was on his way. He loved hunting, and he loved spending time with his many, many brothers. At the age of 18, Lan received his manhood, which in the Ra'nok tribe means receiving the tale of blood across the entire upper torso. He was to get it half done in his tribe, and it would be completed after his man-day, the first night he'd spend with his wife to be in the tribe nearest to them. Off Lan went, on his year-long epic to journey to become a man and bring back his wife to what would soon be their tribe. He got lost, so it took him 9 months to arrive there, and when he did, he was horrified. The entire tribe, petrified. Statues of people, ruby inside of them. Everyone was frozen. He stole a horse and galloped back as fast as he could, not letting anything stop him. He needed to tell his father what happened, he needed to be told what to do, he couldn't do it on his own. When he got home, he was met with the same situation. His mother, his father, his brothers, his uncles and his aunties, all turned to stone. All frozen in stone. He was the last of his name. He wondered what he'd done, what had caused this, and why had he been so lucky as to not get the same fate. He took his father's hooked sword and his sacrificial blade, and he vowed on his name that he'd bring them back. He put his shemagh around his face and looked toward the west. It was his only hope, he needed to get their help. His tribe depended on it.

[SUP][SUB]
▼ C H A R A C T E R G O A L S:
[/SUB][/SUP]

He wants to bring back his tribe, and if not that, he wants to get revenge on who or whatever caused it.

[SUP][SUB]
▼ S K I L L S:
[/SUB][/SUP]

//SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
◼ Hunter at Heart: Lan is, among other things, a very skilled hunter. He is able to track and kill beasts competently, and this also extends to humans. He's an amazing bow shot, and he can competently use the materials around him, as well as the pelts of slain beasts, to create makeshift shelters when it is needed. He is also quite an alright stew maker.

◼ Terrain Traversal: Lan is quite skilled in getting his way around. He is extremely quick and good at climbing, making him a perfect scout or assassin. He's also able to use this skills mid-combat too, making him a fast-moving and hard to doge opponent.

◼ Spiritual Beliefs: Lan follows the teachings of his tribe, and so he does genuinely believe that the consumption of animal meat in the correct way will empower him and make him stronger. Be it a placebo or a strange form of magic, this does seem to have some effect on him.
//FEARS AND WEAKNESSES:
◼ Weak: What Lan has in speed, he lacks in strength. Lan is neither that strong or that durable, he is much better equipped to take on one opponent than multiple, and he is unable to sustain many hits in a fight. Because of this, Lan often dodges around danger, rather than facing it head-on.

◼ Foreigner: Lan, as a foreigner, doesn't have a good grasp on the language of the kingdom or its customs. Because of this Lan can sometimes say things that, while completely making sense to him, are absolutely bizarre to others. This unfortunate language barrier can also get him in trouble, depending on who he is speaking to.

◼ Weighted Shoulders: Lan is the last of his family if the stone blight cannot be reversed, and this keeps a heavy amount of weight on him. All of his family, all those he's ever loved, taken from him without him even knowing how or why. Because of this, he becomes very upset and aggressive when around the statues that the blight causes, flashing of the pained faces of his family popping into his mind.

[SUP][SUB]
▼ N O T E S:
[/SUB][/SUP]

//PARAPHERNALIA
◼ Shuang Gou: His Shuang Gou, or rather, Hooksword. this blade takes the shape of a hook, the inner side of which is sharpened. The guard is made of a crescent moon shaped blade also, coupled with a spiked pommel, allowing for an attack from a multitude of directions

◼ Sacrificial Blade: This blade, made of some sort of bone, holds significance. It must not be used on a human, and it must be used during a sacrificial meal. The bones handle is wrapped with leather, and strange symbols are written all over it, in a language that Lan assumes is the first language his people spoke.

◼ Bow and Arrows: Nice and simple, a longbow used to take out both enemies and prey from a longer distance.
