She was the only one of them who was still a child, really. The subtle implication of her words - that she must have spent time in camps like these - broke his heart. Being a parent made him a more empathetic person. Belladonna was someone's child. He couldn't imagine - he didn't even dare to think of - Leda and Stephen being stuck in some horrid place like this, yearning for scraps of food. For a brief second, he could understand why Longshot kept on trying to help and save these people. But it faded as quickly as it came, replaced with irritation and annoyance that their guide wasn't even that great at getting out of Mojo's kingdom and staying out. They had named Stephen after his maternal grandfather. Leda, however, had been named after a spartan queen. The myth ran that she had been seduced by Zeus in the form of a swan. She gave birth to his daughter, the most beautiful woman in the world who would spark the Trojan War. That name had been his wife's idea. Watts had wanted to call his daughter Penelope after his own mother. With a shudder, Watts realized he had been getting misty eyed, thinking about his children and he needed to refocus on the present. "The last time you escaped, how long until they came here?" Watts asked. He didn't care that Longshot had been captured three days ago. He wanted to know how long it took Mojo to come look here in the first place. It didn't make sense to him that this wouldn't be the first place Mojo would check. Arthur decided to help with establishing a perimeter. He found it touching, Elara's insistence that they could inspire these people and lead them against Mojo. However, he wasn't certain if it would work. Rebellions were great ideas, yet they just didn't seem to happen all that often. He followed the directions that Longshot had indicated, heading to one of the lookout perches. His eyes were rather sharp - they had to be, as he was an archer. He scrambled up the ladder and made his way out onto the open perch. Unfortunately, he didn't see much of anything at all. It just set him more on edge. What if Mojo was cloaking himself, deceiving their senses? What could they do? And when would Spiral show?
