With a single fluid motion he takes to the stairs, yet bends his path upward to drive that curved sword of his a swatch through the skirmisher assailing poor Salador.

The beasts claws glance across the boiled leather for little effect, though the bandit's own sword can't quite find its mark. Regardless he finally takes in a deep breath, the stench of burnt gore filling his lungs.
