Golly I should've answered sooner. There's no need to formally join, and in order to get ranked wins you gotta defeat a willing opponent in T1 CRP while the match is being presided over by an arena judge.
Rilla is a fair judge and LeeRoy has served as one before, though he's semi-retired now.
