Got it! I guess I'll edit the post to make it more concept like, rather than specific. That good?

I'm not committed to it, afterall, if we are all to start in the same nation then it would be weird if a Deneb starting character had access to high technology. I'm going to go with the flow and see how things fit as we play. :).
