[@Double] Returning from another mission is a good enough reason, though it is not like you have to force yourself to have just finished a mission.  Maybe you were on the other side of the Scathers' current planet before your got the message and just now got back to the ship.  Heck, ya maybe just got back from the small vacation after a mission if ya want.  In any event just need to find a way to get back to the Scather to accept the mission and you'll be good to go.

[@Dark Light]  Hmm, yes I think I like this version better than the previous one, nice to see someone going the magic route.  Sets up some interesting backstory that could become plot down the road too.  The only thing I'm a bit worried about is the ??? power level, which somewhat makes sense for a magical character as their power is different, but just got to make sure this doesn't become an issue down the road.  As long as you don't start 'magically' fluctuating in strength, unless a plot point is hashed out before hand, I think this character could work.

Would be nice to at least have a rough idea of what his power level is at though to be better able to write battle scenes, especially if you ever end up PVPing someone else.

Gonna think about it a bit more but certainly leaning toward acceptance.
