[b]SHIELDS[/b]. Is it better to have shields that negate missiles or shields that only hold during slipstream travel? I know with luxury corvettes you could possibly get around missiles with some dandy maneuvers, and quite possibly relocate any missiles back to the sender with the correct modules during the maneuvers. For the pirate ship I'd like some sort of shielding that ends the missiles targeting systems and leaves them suspended in space like landmines. Then with the right cannons, preferably some sort of pulse laser cannon that changes between that and some other lethal weaponry, I could conquer the location by even fooling around to getting a craft boarded. A paint scheme would also need to be done. It'd throw off privateers. I'll most likely have duplicates of the weapons so our shields try harder/need to get better shields.
