The characters name. You can also include nicknames there as well. The fancy writing will be the very first “your name” above your picture. You can use the characters nickname there if you’d like 

For personality you can list the trait and give a short (1 sentence) description of what that means. For example, 

Bookworm: Jeff has always been a voracious reader, preferring books over most media, earning him few friends.
