Forget about you, your poor daughter must have nearly had a heart attack! 

On a related note, I've noticed that such instances where I suddenly jolt awake because it feels as if I was falling have been happening a bit more frequently. I hate the feeling as it leaves my heart pounding for a few moments after that, as I'm sure it happens to you all as well.
