In fact, the only thing that she could figure from a logical standpoint was that the Silver Surfer was probably too small - it would take the herald to spawn a bunch of clones and then, collectively, they could plug up Galactus' butt. "I think he gets the spirit of it," Guin told Iris. She didn't want to openly discuss who was going to pull the trigger on the Nullifier, mostly since she figured that Galactus would perceive that as weakness, that they were wavering in their resolve. Elizabeth seemed to be channeling the spirit of Dorothy - or was she the Wicked Witch in this situation, since the Silver Surfer was the Tin Man? Would Elizabeth even have the singing voice to carry herself in Defying Gravity? Reed Richards' insult had to be the most pathetic, sad little thing she had ever heard. For a moment, it was like Mr. Rogers was trying to insult Galactus - especially since the best one of the smartest men in the world could come up with was buzz off! Mary's insults were rather practically minded, though people seemed to be deviating from threaten and insult to just insult. Either way, Guin was still a bit shocked when it actually worked and Galactus, butt plug in tow, retreated. "Hot damn... We should try just roasting our villains more often," she said. She then pressed a few buttons on her heads up display, trying to get a direct line to her father. "Dad? Daddy? We won! New York lives to fight another horrible cosmic battle in probably a few years!"

Neil Spellman

Location: Stark Tower - the Roof Skills: N/A
Neil turned bright red as Sara returned his sentiment. A not so small part of him was relieved that she felt the same way - he didn't expect that someone so bright, spunky, and popular as Sara Grey would be interested in someone like him, even after all of this time. He was the quiet guy who liked to draw and run Dungeons & Dragons campaigns - in the movie of their lives, he probably would have been relegated to a background part. "Cool," he said awkwardly, smiling at her. Neil wished that they could have saved all of the aliens on Galactus' ship... but they had barely saved the Earth. They had the Nullifier now, so at least he couldn't go and threaten them again. The Silver Surfer was gone. Maybe it wasn't what heroes did, letting Galactus keep his zoo of prisoners but... He didn't know if there was anything they could really do. Galactus was gone. To seek him out and challenge him again would be madness. Maybe the Fantastic Four could do that. They'd had a lot more experience when it came to space battles. "Galactus is gone... He could be galaxies away by now... I don't think there's anything else we can go. We got lucky as it is."
