Appearance Description 
Angel stands at five foot six with an average build that is not to athletic but she keeps herself from losing her basic athleticism. Her main features that would catch your eye if you looked at her would be her  wavy reddish-orange hair that was bright and went down to the small of her back and also her vibrant blue eyes that always seem to caatch whatever light was in a room to make them bright. 

Personality
Angel Wilkinsons had always been a sort of introvert for most of her life, but before the Equinox she had been on the border between an introvert and extrovert. She enjoyed being inside and being by herself just as much as being out and about with her friends and meeting people. Once the Equinox happened, she became a shut in for the first seven months after the event because she didn't know how to coap with what had happened. The information overload of her powers made it hard for her to balance interacting with people while handling the data that she was seeing causing her to completely shut down to the outside world. 

Three years after the Equinox, Angel's introverted tendancies are still very prominent as she is still shy around people that she doesn't know and will not opening approach or make conversation with people she isn't familiar with. She does open up after a good amount of time getting to know that person though this does take some effort from both parties to work. Angel would like to get back to where she had been before the Equinox happened, but she is having a hard time getting over her social problems when it is to easy to find everything thing about a person she meets in a matter of seconds with her powers.

The Subject displays an ability to read and interact with electromagnetic magnetic frequencies. This enables her to alter these signals at will and connect with the internet without an external device. It would seems that the Subject is able to change information on the internet and automatically decrypt data though the extent is unknown at this time. Recommendation for farther Governmental observation and possible escalation of ADB classification dependant on farther understanding of powers. Possible National Security Threat if left unchecked. 

EDIT: Ms. Wilkinsons does not appear to be a Threat of any kind and does not seem to have a full understanding of her powers. Will request that previous entries into files should be able to be altered without edits being added. 

EDIT: Seriously, there needs to be an edit option for files instead of just adding onto the folder. Also requesting a decrease from Beta to Alpha classification, because of no National Security Threat.

History
Angel Wilkinsons' childhood and early teen years where fairly average for a child growing up on the west coast of the United States. She grew up with a younger brother who she sort of got along with and was put into soccer from a young age by her parents until she was able to get out of it during high school. She always had an interest with new technology as a hobby and was always trying to take apart computers and other things to see how they work without even bothering to try and put them back together afterward. She wasn't a person that stood out in school, she got average grades and had a small group of friends who all went their own ways after high school while she went out of state for college. 

Angel landed in Vorpool after college with a degree in Computer Science helping her get a job in a tech start up. She was just finally settling into her new life with her new job and building a new group of friends when she fell asleep one night and woke up the next day to find the world had changed forever. 

How they were affected by Equinox
The Equinox was an earthshattering event for any around the world and it was no different for Angel. For months after the event, she had trouble couping with the change as her ability had altered her into some sort of super computer. She lost her job as she stayed locked up in her apartment trying to shut out the amount of information that she was now able to see and access without limits. After the government showed up and tried to figure out what her powers were, she realized it was not a bad dream and started to try and understand her powers.  

A year after the Equinox, Angel was still a shut in but doing a little better dealing with the information. She had found that she was able to access almost anything through her new powers such as banks and the like  Soon her college debt was paid off and she wasn't worrying about rent anymore.
