Character's name: Moff Elliott Drak

Faction: Imperial Remnant, holds Mandalorian Space

Character Alignment: Evil

Character Background: Drak was established as the governor of Mandalore after its occupation, since it was decided to be too rebellious to allow its own government. Through his reign, the Mandalorians were oppressed a great deal, the reasoning mostly unknown.  Most assumed he had a prejudice, but nothing was ever confirmed. However, about 18 years after his take over and several promotions, the Mandalorians attempted a mass revolt, which lead to what Historians classify as the Great Purge. Moff Drak lead the Great Purge, after it was greenlit by the Emperor, and through a series of months slowly genocided the people, erasing their culture and history.  Much was lost, with little remaining between the small pockets of Mandalorians that still exist.   The planet of Mandalore is still occupied, along with several other planets and systems around it, even after the Emperor's death.  Moff Drak rules over his domain with an iron fist and does whatever in his power to ensure his power remains his. 

Character Personality: Cold, uncaring, efficient.  Moff Drak is the epitome of the concept "The End justifies the means."  He will do all in his power to achieve his goals, even if that requires destroying everything around him.  He is a cruel man, that cares very little about anything besides himself. 

Character's Physical description: A tall man with an angular face and piercing eyes.  He wears a small goatee and his hair has greyed from age. 

Character Class: Bureaucrat 

Items: Dozens of pilfered Mandalorian artifacts, a number of smelted Beskar ingots and a small fleet orbiting the sector.
