Lucinda is around 5'7 in height and she has a US size 10 shoe size. She has a very athletic build and is incredibly toned with her stomach feeling as hard as a rock. Has a few scares doted around her body though most aren't noticeable and the others she can cover underneath her clothing. Only exception being the large scar on her neck which she hides by wearing a chocker while out in public. Usually wears a tank top with a leather jacket if it's cold along with a pair of cargo pants. If Lucinda wears a skirt she will have a pocket belt on so she doesn't have to use a purse. Almost always wears a pair of boots and despises heels because not only are they uncomfortable you are statically more likely to break your leg.

Has a very laid back personality and goes with the flow now as while life will throw challenges at you there is no point bitching or whining about it. Better to just roll with the punches, try to fix the problem if you can and if you can't you just make the best of things. Lucinda always tries to get the most out of life and even does her best to enjoy her work. Cares very little about what over people think of her. Has a tendency to mouth off at people she doesn't like. Lucinda doesn't like to hide her opinions and will tell you what she thinks. Never likes spending money unless it's on one of her projects or something fun she can enjoy. Lucinda is also gay and has no interest in men.

The subject is able to create a variety of gasses and liquids from the air around her and project them from her mouth. Said liquids and gasses have to be able to exist in that state at room temperature and pressure. The range she can project these liquids and gasses varies though typically she can only project them a few hundred meters at most. So far we have confirmed she has the ability to create a type of knock out gas and it has been determined that she could make some very toxic gases. Out of the liquids we have been able to confirm that she can make the most dangerous is an incredibly strong acid that can burn through a safe door in minutes. Subject is also unaffected by these gases and liquids entering her mouth as her body automatically filters and transforms any harmful liquids or gases entering her mouth. Subject seems to be able to suppress this ability consciously as she has been seen drinking alcohol and being effected by it. Note subject has the ability to breath under water though deep sea pressure would still kill her.

Lucinda grew up on a small farm with her mother. Her father wasn't in the picture as mother divorced him soon after she was born. Mother hated farther for selling defective merchandise that he knew would break down a few months after selling it. Whenever mother mentioned him she called him a wheeler dealer or con artist and sometimes much more unfavourable and impolite things as well. In all her time living on the farm Lucinda had never once spoken to farther. Lucinda never even received so much as a letter or birthday card from him. Though Lucinda never felt she missed out as mother was a great parent, even if she was fairly strict. If Lucinda so much as cursed she would have to stand in the corner for a few hours or spend a few weeks without her computer or something. In the beginning Lucinda went to a local school which had mixed grades as there weren't enough children in the local area. Lucinda was a bit of a tomboy and liked comic books, action figures, video games and cartoons but didn't like sports or roughhousing.

Around age eight they realised that Lucinda was gifted especially when it came to anything dealing with computers. Unfortunately the local school would never be able to provide her with the education she would need to truly excel. So mother tapped into all her savings, took out some credit and even remortgaged the farm so she could send Lucinda to a top rate boarding school in the city. While it would be nice for Lucinda to stay at home no school in commuting distance would have been challenging enough for her. Hence the need for Lucinda to go to a boarding school. While everyone was initially sad about Lucinda going away but everyone realised it was for the best. Thankfully Lucinda made friends quickly at her new school which helped her deal with being away from home. Lucinda made sure to keep in touch with her friends and mother over the internet and would hang out with them when she went home. However Lucinda would only go home for the summer and winter breaks. She had to stay for the shorter breaks due to how tight money was at home.

Things were going so well for Lucinda before the Equinox with her being at the top of her class in electronics and coding. In her other classes Lucinda was above average, but that was saying a lot considering her school was one of the best in the country. Lucinda was a member of the schools IT club and the schools board games club. In the IT club she would practice programming a few mini games as she wanted to work at a video game company when she graduated. In the board games club she mainly played D&D and other similar games. The number of female friends she had were limited as she didn't share to many hobbies or interests with them. However she was on speaking terms with many of them as they would often help each other with homework. Things would continue like this until she was sixteen.

Her moms power required her to isolated in a government facility and left her unable to care for Lucinda so she had to stay with her deadbeat farther. Her farther pulled her out of her expensive school and sent her to a local state school that was failing that had cut all extra curricular classes. Through no fault of her own she ended up with a criminal record and was denied a scholarship because of it. Later she had to work for her father by picking up his merchandise from various warehouses. One day police pull her over tell her these good are stolen and she has to snitch on him to reduce her time in juvie to about a year. When she got out of juvie only her uncle Tony would have anything to do with her, but he couldn't take her in due to his ties with organised crime. Instead he set her up with an apartment in another city and gave her some money. So she went from one the top students in one of the best schools in the country with a bright future to a girl with a criminal record and top grades from crappy high school. Instead of getting a college degree she now had to fix busted electronics and work as a bounty hunter to earn enough money to live. Her dream of working at a video game company is gone, though she might eventually finish her own indie game on day.

After the Equinox things changed drastically and rapidly for Lucinda as her, everyone else at the school and the whole planet woke up with powers one morning. Things were so crazy that a few days after the Equinox the school decide to phone everyone's parents so they could be taken home. As the days went by the student population lessened until it was just Lucinda and a few teachers left behind. The school was having trouble contacting Lucinda's home and eventually they asked her if she knew anyone else's number who lived near by. Still there was no answer from her home or any of the other numbers Lucinda had given them. Eventually someone from the government contacted them as they had been monitoring calls made to area around her home. He explained that her mother's power had been truly devastating as it made her constantly emit radiation. So much radiation that standing next to her was like standing next to a small unshielded nuclear reactor. The whole town was now dead because of her mother who was now being housed by the government somewhere her radiation wouldn't kill anyone else. They said her mother would be taken care of and in return they would be using her as a reactor core to make energy. However they denied to pay her mother saying that housing her and providing for her ate up all her potential earnings. The insurance company refused to pay out as they didn't see it as a disability and acts of god weren't covered.

So where was Lucinda supposed to go now that her entire town was dead and her mother was stuck in a single room for the rest of her life. To make matters worse Lucinda had no money and the farm was now worthless though that didn't matter since the bank had foreclosed anyway. So they started looking through her few living family members. Lucinda's grandfather on her mums side had died in a most embarrassing way due to his power which caused him to produce pheromones. Let's just say a few dozen beautiful and eager women showing up on your doorstep is enough to give anyone a heart attack. Grandma had died several years ago thankfully so didn't have to witness it. Her mother was an only child so no joy there. That left her farther's side of family as her only option for not ending up in a foster home. Lucinda's grandfather on her farther's side was in prison for life for murder and being apart of an organised crime syndicate. Lucinda's grandma on this side of the family had gotten shapeshifting abilities and was now a model living the high life and didn't want a kid to interfere with that new lifestyle. Plus they were complete strangers to each other and had never met each other. She had a number of dodgy uncles and her actual farther who ended up with custody.

So Lucinda ended up living with her deadbeat dad in some crappy apartment building in the inner city. He said there was no way he was paying to send her to that snobby school so instead he sent her to some failing public state school which had cut all funding from its nonessential programs. Thankfully she was way ahead and could get her high school diploma that year and get a full college scholarship. However plans didn't pan out and her life continued to go down hill from Lucinda's first day at her new school. They immediately picked up on the fact she didn't belong and mercilessly picked on her for being intelligent and for trying to suck to the teachers who thought her good behaviour was an act. Partway through the school year the police came around to search the student's bags and lockers for weapons and drugs. Lucinda was perfectly happy to show them her bag however what she didn't realise is that another student who was dealing drugs had panicked and dumped his drugs in her bag. Since her farther couldn't afford a decent lawyer and prejudice against people of her classification she went with the plea bargain and did community service instead of getting sent to juvie. She still got top marks on her tests and sent applications off to several Ivy League schools as her grades were still good enough. Unfortunately due to her prior conviction they all rejected her application.

So now having graduated high school Lucinda had to get some work so she could afford to attend a community college. Unfortunately the only one who would hire her was her dad who still ran his business selling dodgy goods. He made her his delivery driver as she refused to sell his cheap tat and knockoffs. This was the routine till one day he suddenly started shaping up getting more genuine goods that were high quality. Lucinda was so proud of him until one day the police pulled her over for having a van full of stolen goods. Thankfully she only had to spend about a year in juvie because she told them about her dad and all his other employees. When Lucinda got out she was legally an adult with no money and a family who didn't want anything to do with her. Well except for her uncle Tony who was a family man. He was also a member of an organised crime syndicate not that she or anyone else could prove it. Now he couldn't let a snitch like her stay in his house nor would it be good for her as a few people she snitched on had family who wanted to get some revenge. Instead he gave her a plane ticket, a few thousand in cash and one month of down payment of rent on a crappy two bed apartment in the downtown area of Vorpool.

Now eighteen living in the city of Vorpool Lucinda was willing to make a fresh start and was even looking forward to it. That didn't last long as she couldn't find anyone willing to hire full time. In fact she couldn't get a job and had to get buy fixing broken electronics for people. However this didn't pay the rent even though it was dirt cheap crappy apartment. Finally one night she was binge watching telly late at night depressed when she came across a show about bail bondsman or bounty hunters. It seemed like it earned them a lot of money and only required her to find and catch someone which seemed easy enough. Plus it wasn't much different than joining the Citizen Law Enforcement unit which she had considered joining before later finding out her criminal record wouldn't allow it. When she enquired the next day at the closest bail bondsman's office to her apartment they were more than happy to have her on board. Turns out they had a lot of people with high classifications who skipped out on bail and no one wanted to go against someone with their power level. Lucinda has received several scars from this line of work but the pay is really good. It also means her time is fairly flexible leaving her time to work on her own projects with the main one being her own full length video game. Also she can now talk to her mother again over video chat as the government finally installed a computer in her mother's room with access to the internet.
