I as well would like to join if there is still some availability. I've got to work semi-early tomorrow but I should be able to get a potential character sheet up within the next 24/36-ish hours. I'm high-key excited at the prospect of not getting to choose our powers right off the bat, I think it'll not only make for a cool role-play challenge but also make the growing pains of coming into those powers feel just a little bit more real.

Also figuring out shared backstory/relationships beforehand IS MY JAM.
