[b]Appearance Description[/b]
Cellica stands at height of 5’4, with a slim and well-kept body figure. She often carries herself in a casual way, and often has a shy but inquisitive look on her face.

[b]Personality[/b]
It can be assumed by her well-kept nature that Cellica is a well mannered and pleasant person to deal with - and those that assume that would be correct. Cellica is a logical and organised individual, and is often adored by her friends for her being there for them, even as a shoulder to lean on (though Cellica herself may fumble upon what to actually say to comfort the distressed individual). She can have a few days where she is on the huffy or even slightly argumentative side, particularly if she is feeling a little competitive, but these often pass quickly.

Cellica has the ability to control her targets, though not in the traditional way of taking control of their mind directly, but through influencing them through the drawing of their various emotions and thoughts. Whilst unable to generate thoughts directly in her target, the pull of particular emotion can force the target into an action: The removal of their confidence can force someone to retreat, while the enforcement of it can influence them to push forward. A small adjustment of anxiety can make a security guard a bit more alert, while a large adjustment can prompt an investigation. She can reduce someone to a withering, crying mess on the ground by increasing their fear response, or try to influence a manager to lay off an employee by increasing the manager’s disappointment while he reviews a piece of work by that employee. Not to mention she can cause a group or even a crowd to have a ruckus by adjusting them all at once, so long as they’re all in a reasonable distance.

It would be all too easy, if they didn’t know it was happening to them. Or rather, that [i]something[/i] was happening to them. If Cellica is within direct line of sight of the person that she is Adjusting, they will specifically know that it is her that is adjusting them. If she is indirectly in their sight, they’ll know that they’re being adjusted by [i]someone[/i] in their line of sight. If she is out of their line of sight, such as behind them, they’ll either know they’re being adjusted (if she is too close to them, about two meters away) or not know (if she is far enough, more than two meters). Not knowing they’re being adjusted [i]doesn’t[/i] mean they can’t suspect something is happening to them. Everyone gets confidence boosts every once and a while, or suddenly feels like something may be happening, but a sudden need to hide in a closet can make it painfully obvious that they may be being tweaked.

[b]History[/b]
Cellica was the youngest of two daughters, born six years after her elder sister, Chloe. Growing up, she was very indecisive as to what she wanted to do as a career, and so progressed through various subjects at school without a clear end goal. She knew that she didn’t have much interest in scientific work, mostly because she believed it outside of her understanding outside of theoretics, and so placed her education more into aspects she found more practical and easier to learn and understand. Because she was managing to progress mainly in business and administrative work, she decided that if she was going to go for anything, she could work in an office to at least build up some experience that would help her going into future positions. 

Once she left school, she managed to score working for a large private security company as a general administrator, which paid her well, and gave her enough free time.

[b]How they were affected by Equinox[/b]
Despite being the good-minded person that Cellica is, the sudden ability of adjusting people gave her a power that may have corrupted her a little, though not in a particularly evil way. Cellica was a great employee, having been praised by her supervisors even before Equinox, but some might wonder how she managed to climb the company hierarchy so fast, if they really wanted to look into it. She was just an administrator when she entered the company, but in a few years after Equinox she was now in an executive position, alongside the company directors. She is still competent in her work and a good person to talk to, but she knows a little touch here and there can make her life a little easier.
