Yeah, I'm excited!

And it isn't really (it's just one of the oldest houses on the market, since most of the others are 2012 or 2014 or even newer), but the interior was designed in a very 80s/90s style, so we're gonna redo a lot of it if we buy it ^^ I'll have fun with it because I want to do some of the demolition, painting, and landscaping personally
